Went to Storming Crab about an hour before closing, and the service was terrible from the start. We were checked on twice the entire meal, and they had already messed up another table’s order. When it came time to pay, things got even worse. We had split checks, but I was incorrectly charged for both mine and my friend’s meals. They claimed they refunded it, but the reversal never showed.
The “manager,” or whoever she was, stood there trying to joke around like it was funny—definitely not the time. I spent nearly $150 on what was basically $80 worth of seafood, and I wasn’t leaving without my money back. I had to get the owner on the phone, and the only options were to refund my entire meal or give me cash for the amount they overcharged.
What made it even worse was them telling me this happens all the time, and that the server would have to come out of pocket for the mistake. As a business owner myself, I would’ve handled that differently. Thankfully, I left with cash because I still haven’t seen the refund. Overall, unprofessional, messy, and not worth the headache.

Love this place. Discovered it few months ago. And been here 3 x now. Tasty seems fresh only thing they dont clean the shrimp but you can.get it with the head off. Great flavors. Spicy if you like that also

I am a suckerrrrr for seafood. I’ve tried so many seafood places around here, this has to be literally my top 5 places. The spice in the sauce, the service, the atmosphere, everything is amazing. I love coming here every time I crave my seafood boil. We came during the lunch special which was only $28 and it was worth it look at all that food!

We had reservations at another restaurant for my wife's birthday but after seeing the traffic on our GPS we decided to eat somewhere close and we are GLAD WE DID!! fantastic service and PHENOMENAL FISH!! we had the scallops and corn and OMG that mild cajun sauce was AMAZING!! Oh and the complimentary cheese bread was devoured........ AND the complimentary bday cheesecake was amazing!! If you like scallops like we do this is the place!!! 5 SOLID STARS!!! Since going I've read reviews some saying expensive...HUH??? 26 for a boil it's actually underpriced. Not 1 restaurant in ALL of Vegas offers their boil bag specials. Absolutely phenomenal deal and perfectly cooked every time!!!
