They’ve been in Henderson a long time. They are very solid even if they don’t blow your mind. Not a fan of seeing the prices steadily rising but they seem to use quality ingredients and really good bread so at least you’re not getting junk for your $.

The spicy chili cheese fries are great. They put their peppers on it and it comes together well. Most of their food warms up really well in the microwave. We usually eat half first and warm up the rest later.

Perhaps not necessary to post pictures of yourself standing outside the place posing next to a moderately fancy car but if you want a decent sandwich, this’ll do pig.

Simply wow. Very confused by the reviews and scores. Perhaps it just wasn't our night.

Super slow on a Saturday night.
(This should have been a red flag.)

Ordered food. Came out fairly quick.
The end result was dry and unseasoned sandwiches with little to no cheese, and light amount of ingredients. The bread was nice.

When calling to complain, and see what can be done, the attitude was instant.
I did get my money back. Along with being disrespected and cursed at.

Thanks. But, respectfully, no thank you.
I would avoid this place and consider other options when available.

Had the hot Italian sub. The bun was not toasted. I wish they said that on the menu so u could request it.

They have awesome food but the person at the takeout window is very rude and in-personal. Whoever is working the takeout on 1-16-25 around 3:30/3:45pm is rude. Also I ordered hot peppers on the side and never got them.

The sandwich here is pretty good. I got the mushroom steak but I couldn't find the mushrooms, some fried, and a side of cheese for the fries. The fries were terrible, and the wiz, was also terrible, but the sandwich with provolone was pretty good. When it came to the service, I felt like I walked in and interrupted the staff, while taking my order it was almost like hurrying up so I could go back to my conversation. Didn't want to ask for more because of that. Missed out on more sales.

Food is atrocious.. I drive by this spot all the time and it always smells so good! Not sure if it was the specific sandwich I got from here or if it’s the shop in general but I ordered a #2 with a Dr. pepper and came out to like $15. Not that bad of a price, but food quality is pretty bad.

Ingredients are decent. Food lacks any sort of unique quality's to stand out. Very much so a fast food quality's of a cheese steak you can find anywhere else. It's not worth the cost or quality, in my opinion.

Really good cheesesteaks. Great bread. Tight tables and seats. Fairly quick service. The only "meh" were the fries. They were typical frozen and mine weren't crispy and only warm. But hey, I was there for the sammies not the fries. I would go back. Was $50ish for 3 of us.

Great bread, quality meats and other ingredients (vegetable and cheese choices), efficient service. It's a solid lunch/sandwich experience. Serving sizes may seem a bit small for the price, but that's the way smaller businesses stay in business. It's definitely worth a try.

The provalone steak sandwiches was alright but they don't even add onions and peppers to the cheesesteak. You gotta pay extra for it.

I have gone here for years and always had a good experience. NOT TODAY! These guys were more than rude for no reason. They screwed up my order and without knowing what that did wrong they refused to find out. I wasn't rude until I was refused service. They flatout told me they can't help me because they are busy. Basically forcing me to take the wrong order home with me. I have gone to this restaurant buying at least eight sandwiches every month for my friends and I but I'm done. These guys may think they're in Philly but this is Vegas and you don't treat people that way. Such a minor thing and now they lost my business and I will tell everyone the same thing. Oh BTW they screwed up a lady's order while I was waiting.
