If I could give this Specific location And overall no star rating, I would. I don't know what the heck they do with online orders but literally every single time I do a mobile order to be picked up, they messed it up. They forget the extras that I pay for and it's like they don't read any of the notes at all. I have to resort to coming in here a second time to tell them that they freaking made it wrong. Not once has anyone Offered a discount or anything for inconveniencing me so many times. Absolutely Ridiculous. Hire people who can freaking read. The main person that seems to always be here every time I do a mobile order is Angel . He has personally messed up my order two times and then he was on shift this last time when someone else messed up my order. I was given the district Manager number so many times and when I call, it's just a loop of automatic recordings. Absolutely do not do a mobile order for this location.

The place is a "dump" of a Subway. This location has constantly been giving me issues from unfresh sandwiches to not answering phone calls or emails. The corporate office is doing nothing to ensure issues are being resolved and the GM doesn't respond to your calls or texts. He will just reply, "I'll call you right back!" only to never call back! I received sandwiches that tasted foul and unfresh, so I call and nobody picks up ever. I contact support only to get no resolution. I texted the GM and never got a response. This location is scamming people by giving poor quality food and lack of proper service. Why there isn't a manager on duty or available to resolve any issues during 5pm says that they don't care to hear about your issues. Go to another location. You can't trust these employees.

Food was good and staff worked hard however it was very slow with additional orders being completed. Could be staffing levels. Still would come back and as staff were kind and working fast as possible.

So of course they got my order wrong and the churros they sent me must have been sitting from a few days ago cause they were hard and stale, not to mention they taste HORRIBLE. They don't answer their phone at all, I know they aren't that busy that they can't ever answer the phone. If this is a franchise, they are gonna help Subway lose customers cause they are trifling. I would say if you like Subway, don't go to this location. EVER.

Needed to come on here and say how lovely the graveyard lady is at making my sandwich I’ve come many times at very late hours and even ordered delivery at very late hours and my sandwich has been excellent every time. The kids in the day time could never take the time and care like she does she needs a raise
