I ordered two sandwiches on March 30th and it wasn't what I ordered. One of my sandwiches should of had avocados in it and it didn't it wasn't nothing of what I ordered. The bred was wrong it wasn't toasted ....... The list goes on..... I've been calling this place for over an hour! Just to get put my complaint in and hopefully get the ones I actually paid for! And bring these two back. But no one answered! The closest to an answer I got was maybe on my 8th time calling they answered for 3 seconds then hung up! I must have called about 15 times! I didn't want to be in there longer than what I should have been because I am sick! That's why I ordered ahead of time. I always go to this subway and it's always been good. Tonight isn't my night I guess. So hopefully I catch someone's attention this way.

Besides the super long wait...the food was nothing to brag about. I ordered the number 11 and he asked me what cheese, well it comes with American cheese, he asked me what meat...it comes with ham, turkey, and roast beef...sounds like they don't really know what the menu is. Not the best experience at this location.

If I could give less stars I would. A couple of months ago we went in ordered 5 sandwiches and when he was just about done with the last one he lifted up the mayo to add to sandwich and something fell off if the bottle. Suddenly there was a very large magic on the cutting board where the sandwiches were being made. At first it looked like a sliver of onion but then it started moving. My daughter noticed and and when I mentioned it the employee apologized and flicked it off and it landed in the lettuce. As we were leaving I said we can not eat that he said he understood. He proceeded to help the person behind us that was not paying attention. They are still open and I'm sure they are still filthy. We will never eat there again.
I went in with my son and was not greeted. Instead the 2 ladies continued to gossip in Spanish. Finally, one of them says yes? I ordered a 6 inch tuna and asked if the bread could be lightly toasted. She proceeded to over toast my bread even when I asked her to take it out she made remarks in Spanish to her coworker.Midway through her putting my vegetables on my sandwich. She goes and types something in the register. Then comes back to attempt to continue to make my sandwich!!! With dirty register hands! So in shock I immediately ask her to wash her hands and put new gloves on. She again mumbles Spanish to her co worker and say oh yes thats right.My 7 year old son looked in horror shaking his head. As soon as we exit he says he can't believe how nasty that place was and how mean the workers were.Buyers beware, please avoid this location. The customer service is awful and the restaurant is very unsanitary.

This is my favorite subway ever. Everytime I go in I feel so welcomed:) They always make my sandwiches super neat and have never messed up my order. The staff there is so kind and the subway on boulder hwy will continue to be my go to subway location! Today I placed an online order and it was all ready as soon as I walked in despite them being pretty busy.
