I ordered a 6 inch tuna toasted on white with pepper jack cheese. My complaint is regarding the amount of condiments that they were putting on my sandwich. I asked for jalapeño peppers. I got 2 1/2 jalapeño pepper rings. I asked for red onions she actually put 3 one inch little strips of red onion on my sandwich when I asked for more she added a 4th 1 inch strip. Minimum lettuce was put on once the sandwich was closed. I couldn’t even see if lettuce was on the sandwich. It’s as if at this location management/ownership is telling them not to put hardly any condiments on the sandwiches. I will never go there again. That sandwich was so poorly put together. It was a joke for the $13 I paid for the combo meal.

A lot of money is being spent on food with customer service that needs more training opportunities.
Retraining your representatives is a need. Dealing with the public requires excellent customer service and this is not it.

I haven't been in to this subway in a few months. Decided thats what I wanted for dinner. The prices went wayyyyyyyy up. And the portions went wayyy beyond down. Spicy Italian used to come with 10 pieces pepperoni, and 10 pieces salami. Instead we got 5 of each. So after the toppings it was essentially a veggie sub. 20% bread 78% veggies and 2% meat. I was shocked. As well as the meatball subway that used to have 10 meatballs in it, Now has 6... for twice the amount of money yall cut our portions in half. I am very disappointed as I've been eating subway since I was a kid and now i don't think I will be back.

I twice ordered tuna sandwich, 2ND time was to give them the benefit of the doubt, as the 1st time I barely tasted the tuna in the sandwich but all you can can eat and taste was the bread. This time I drive an extra 3 miles to get a filling sandwich. With food business you can't go cheap

I can promise you everyone who works at this specific location, hates their job! I’ve given this place 7 chances now and every single person has treated me the same.
When I first walked in and this is today. The place was completely empty. I stood there for about a minute which is fine, but the lady walked to the front , looked at me, didn’t say a single word to me, and continued about her business. She didn’t even acknowledge me. She didn’t say she’d be right with me, nothing! When she was done doing whatever she was doing she came to the counter and just stared at me lol. I said hi can I get a 6 inch veggie on white. Customer service is almost non existent nowadays, but this subway store is beyond non existent. So sad!

This is just what you'd expect from Subway with one exception: the service was great and the employees seemed engaged. One problem: I was a 10 am customer and the store wasn't prepared . The manager (who was not there) had left enough change to break a $20 bill and employee had to make change from his wallet.

I’ve been to this subway 3 times now and i would have to say if the short girl with blond ends is working just go to a different subway her attitude is awful and ridiculous if you don’t like your job find a new one don’t ruin the experience for us paying customers. The other staff is very welcoming and nice. But when she is working it’s the worst atmosphere.

I have this thing with 🍅 I was very pleased to see fresh tomatoes 🍅 not mushy. All of the vegetables were fresh, well presented, clean surface, excellence at it's best. Ryan, great personality excellent customer service. Trent, I can't forget your politeness neither thx guys 😊

I've been coming to this subway for years. I don't write a ton of reviews but today was wild. There's this young guy behind the counter working night shift (he's black and super sweet), doing his job, when this lady started yelling at him because she wanted all her vegetables on the side and he was out of bowls. She called him a slur, flipped him off, and stormed off. He was super calm the entire time and just cleaned up and kept going. He deserves a reward or something for putting up with her. He didnt tell me his name but said "night shift."

The gentleman working 2/11/24 around 5pm was very professional and offered great quick service. Subway is lucky to have a great employee like him, I apologize I didn’t catch his name. Thank you!

Very friendly staff who took great care preparing my food. However subway is just too expensive. 3 foot long sandwiches, a salad, 2 drinks, and 3 bags of chips was just over $60 without a tip. For a family of four lunch that is insane (for a non sit down restaurant).

I wish I could say I’m surprised but I’m not. How can you have ONE person on staff with curbside/mobile orders and a line out the door? As someone whose worked In service most of my working life, this is ridiculous.Absolute shame on whoever owns this Subway. You’re a disgusting and vile human who has no business operating any kind of establishment.This poor worker is doing the best she can and having to pick up your slack. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. Give this woman a raise immediately. If you have a high turnaround I’d take a big look in the mirror and wonder why.
