They have a young staff pretty much, and every time I've been there they were very kind and energetic and always accommodating when making my sandwiches. This place is close to me I appreciate the convenience and the great staff.

Dude seriously...? ‍This was my first experience with this subway, and honestly, I was really looking forward to this location opening!! It's right around the corner from my house and I always love a new business opening bc usually things are buttoned up and food is super fresh for at least a month or two after opening day.Today, I placed my order in the app for pick up curbside. I pulled up to the store, USED THE APP to check in, to say that I was there curbside. I waited about 10 minutes nobody came out, so I scrambled to find my mask. I had two dogs and a child in the car, was NOT expecting to have to go in!! Isn't that what "CONTACTLESS DRIVE UP" is?? I poked my head in and asked what was taking so long... The person that said hi to me, didn't catch his name, was very uninterested. The other looking around, they pretty much tried to place blame on anything except themselves. First he said "oh our app hasn't been working right" or something like that, then he tried to say " A lot of orders don't get placed with the curbside indication"... whatever dude just take accountability and fix this order I've been waiting out front this whole time and quite frankly you can see me through the windows what does it take a rocket scientist?!? ‍‍‍The spots CLEARLY labeled "reserved for curbside" parking spots are NO LESS than 7-8 feet away, and if I could clearly see you from the car, you could clearly see me too.Also, the app asked me to identify what kind of car I was driving. Sounds like if there is a problem, its on the store's side, not the app. I'm really getting tired of people displacing blame and not just taking accountability/fixing the problem. You're not going to die if you simply say "Sorry ma'am, I'll figure it out." Honestly, even if they just simply smiled and looked welcoming when I walked in the door, I'd probably be less annoyed.Anyway, about the sandwich... it was thrown together so poorly. See below. Two stars are for the fact that all ingredients I paid for made it onto the sandwich. The first one is the sandwich THEY made (which for a new location, I would expect it to look so much better than this) and the last one is the Subway down the street on Silverado Ranch. I'll keep going to that location... thank you.OH and they forgot my chips... I seriously was not going to load my toddler up in the car and go back for $1 bag of chips... *extremely annoyed*

Ordered online 2 sandwiches at 12:35 that said would be ready at 12:55 . When I arrived at 12:55 and had to wait in line to ask about my order I was told it was coming right up. They hadn’t even started my order and had to wait till the people who came in after me got their sandwiches first. I finally got my sandwiches at 1:15 pm. What the hell is the purpose of online ordering if you still have to wait and get it made when you get there.

Nice staff. Always friendly. Quick service. They put exactly what I want on my sandwiches and they are always fresh and taste good. The tall guy is a nice worker. He's there a lot when I get subs. Restaurant is clean too.

Place was clean and empty. Food was just like any other Subway. Person working here looked young and was wearing Airpods but did his job well. Definitely no complaints and always appreciative of a sparkling clean restroom.

I'll admit I was having a tough time after a full day of travel but we ordered on the app and the order was not ready when I got there because they didn't have any bread. I told them to just use another one and continued to wait. I wouldn't have cared except that the person behind the desk stopped making my order and started working on people that walked in after me. 40 minutes to get a sub that I ordered online is pretty ridiculous.

Service was LOUSY!!!!! One gal working all alone over the lunch hour....really?? She took the orders, made your sandwich and took the money. Waited in line probably 30 minutes before even giving our order!! I felt bad for her. Poor management to say the least. Food was good but not worth the wait/hassle. Won't be going back any time soon.
