I go to this location because it's close to the homestead. I personally prefer the location on green valley and sunset by trader Joe's but it's a bit farther awayThe last few times I have been here the bread was over baked. They were light handed on both the meat and veg. To the point I have to order double meat. Very heavy handed on salt and pepper, vinegar and oil. And always have to ask for more tomatoes and lettuce. The staff is not the friendliness but that can be over looked. Parking is easy as it's not a busy shopping center at all. If your looking for cheap sandwiches this is a ok option.

I usually use a coupon. I was able to get what I wanted with the coupon. Some places do not allow you to pick from the main new menu. I like the club although there are other subs that are very good. It was dressed up the way I like it.

This place is the worst customer service ever!!! My husband and I arrived on a Saturday morning when no one was there and we decided what we wanted within 5 minutes of walking in and told him we were ready to order and the person made no eye contact and had a headset on and looked straight ahead and told us he was a little busy and to "wait a sec". I was kind of taken aback but waited and a couple minutes went by and he was still fulfilling other orders for what look like delivery and he started getting napkins out and stocking the bags. I was a little surprised that he was making us wait so long but after he stalked the bags if you can imagine he had the audacity to then start taking napkins and stocking the restaurants and napkin holders .I was appalled knowing we were just standing there telling we were ready and he brushed us off and was doing that?!?! Are you kidding me how unprofessional and rude!!!! If you can imagine another employee walked in completely ignored us went behind the counter and disappeared. That location should be ashamed of their employees! It was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in the store!

Great sandwiches, especially when I use the coupon. Otherwise, 12.49 for a footlong is exorbitant. Coupons in mail is 2 footlongs for 12.99!

Woman named Blanca is very stingy in making the sandwich. She barely put any onions and bell peppers. And when she put mozarella cheese, I asked to put more since she did'nt put enough and she said it would be extra charge. After paying I did not get a receipt and No Napkins in the bag. Terrible experience.

Apprx 5:15 pm on a Monday. I was the only customer and ordered a 6in rotisserie chicken sub. When I asked for veggies the lady barely and I do mean bearly put any of the veggies I asked for. Literally put like 6 leaves of spinach in the sub looked at it like she knew it wasn't enough and didn't add more. It was the same with the other veggies. Skimping on the veggies doesn't make me want to go back to subway.
