Honestly don't get the low rating at this location. The 2 ladies working were exceptional with there customer service and personality. My sub was made perfect. They knew there other clients well. For once a Subway that had good looking tomatoes for once. I definitely do recommend this location to others. Another top thing is they're 24/7 at this location.

Ordered through the app, and the order was 20 minutes late. The sandwich preparer used the same single-use plastic film glove throughout the entire time (prepping multiple sandwiches for different order, putting stickers, packing, handing out food...)

Night time!!! my boyfriend and I went today, and the guy working wasn’t even paying attention; he had his AirPods in and messed up my sandwich after he had asked me to repeat myself. Once we tried to pay it showed that the money was taken out of our account and we told him, he continued to say to us that’s not his problem and that we can come back tomorrow to get our “money.” Like how does that make sense? We continued to tell him that it was already paid for and he kept saying it’s not showing up and that it’s not his problem. After a while of us standing there he finally handed us our sandwiches telling us to leave, he was just rude about the whole interaction and kept saying “you can come back tomorrow and get your money.”

I am absolutely appalled by my experience at the Subway on St. Rose Parkway in Henderson, NV. The female owner is incredibly rude and obnoxious to her customers. Today, I was kicked out for simply using my phone, despite being a loyal customer for years and spending a significant amount of money at this location. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I will never return to this Subway and cannot recommend it to anyone. Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

I mobile order from here a lot. I’ve never had a single issue! Food is always ready fast and made correctly and I always get greeted when I come in!

Whoever works at night doesn’t like his job… I Rang the doorbell for 5 minutes straight no answer. Then had to knock on the window because I knew they weren’t closed. The man then proceeded to come from the back room then told me to wait 5 minutes aggressively. Had I knot waited and knocked on the window he would’ve ignored me. Shameful I would hate to be the owner of this place with employees like that.

Come in at night to get a quick sandwich and got stuck there arguing with the employee that keep trying to charge me double, putting it in all a la cart when he was need to charge me just the $6,99 deal and also he didn’t give me the drink and the chip because he was keep saying that he need it to charge me because he didn’t even know how to use the computer Giving me huge attitude telling me he’s also tired and stressed. This is a joke and first of all you should train your employees, so call Managers!

The nighttime man does not know how to use the computer. He had no idea how to ring in the $6.99 meal deal of the day. He rang it up for $13 all al a carte. He needed my husbands help to use his own computer. He doesn’t speak English well luckily my husband is fluent in Spanish. We sat there for 10 minutes while he struggles to figure out how to use the computer. He has absolutely no clue how to do it all. He told my husband he doesn’t know how to use the system as well. My husband had to come behind the counter to help him. We have never worked at a subway in our lives. Management, please train your staff. How can you leave him overnight here without any knowledge of how to do his job? This is all 0 stars because this is absolutely ridiculous. He was also very rude the whole time saying he was also tired and stressed.

I like this location. There is this one younger lady reddish hair that is super fast and knows what she's doing. The place is usually clean. Last time I was there the bread didn't look baked enough and the ice, I'm assuming, had a strange taste from the pop machine.

Had a great employee there who took extra care to really make sure our allergen issues wouldn't be anything to worry about. She was kind and caring and made great sandwiches, too. If my restaurant was hiring, I would have tried to steal her away.

*Attention* when you're walking in if there is a boy standing there and turn around he has a BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICES. Subway has never told me till today that I couldn't put toppings on a pizza. The employees don't ask questions they automatically assum. They charged a lady before me my chips then after they were told and aware of the issue they both looked at it like oh well. Very bad business

This is the only Subway that is open 24 hours for 25 square miles! Their employees are super courteous, and to me you really can't write a Subway sandwich because unless the bread is moldy and the meat is old that would be the only thing that you could complain about!
