I usually always have good service here, but tonight I didn't. I ordered their new Sweet and Smoky Steak and Guac wrap, but the lady who made it failed to put on the Guajillo Mesquite Sauce and guacamole. I failed to notice this because I'm not a subway employee and I don't know how to make them. But when I got home to eat it, I noticed both of these ingredients were missing. Why advertise an item if you aren't going to make it properly?

First time here the manager was a young guy Alberto I think it was. Very nice patient manager, but recently went and this new manager was very unpleasant. I never felt so rushed to make a sandwich before, I never had the pulled pork before so i wasn't sure what to put on it. Before I could decide what topping she already started asking other questions if i wanted a meal or not. As i am standing there I am staring at some awful looking cucumbers, lettuce, and tomatoes. When I asked for some better looking tomatoes perhaps ones from the bottom she scoffed at me grabbing ones with white in the middle, bit of green, and the small end pieces. Really did not appreciate that this "manager" is very unprofessional, I won't even mention her employee who had her hair up and no hat that was helping the other customer typical kid. If you want a good sandwich from this place go at night the guy Arron makes one hell of a sandwich.

Worst Subway ever due to poor, lazy customer service. Fat chic making the sandwich was too damn lazy to take 2 steps to the side to put another topping on my sandwich because I changed my mind? WTF. She was stingy and wouldn't give me a cup for H20; fat b***** She asked me what kind of cheese x3 so I yelled I'm thinking! This is during the loud casino noise in background. Eat my stinkin' cheese.

The boys that work here are so rude I will never purchase another item from this shop EVER. While I was inquiring about a price difference compared to the price I usually pay, one of the smart-mouth employees tell me its because I'm in a casino. Well i buy the same thing at least a couple times a month from that location and this time the price was higher, wouldn't you inquire?? It doesnt matter what their prices are now. I'll go somewhere else. Too much competition around town to go somewhere they made me angry.
Review on Fiesta Subway: No way I was paying $21 to eat in the Fiesta for a New Years buffet. So, when I saw they doubled their price, I walked downstairs to their food court to try Subway. Disparate from many Subways in casinos (especially on the Strip), the prices here are identical to neighborhood Subways. And, lately Subway is running a $5 six-foot meal deal. A value that has increased my Subway check ins. The service was fast and friendly. Inside the Fiesta, it has a prime location. A few steps away is Regal Cinemas, Starbucks, and rows of slot machines. My rating is 4 stars. I am a fan.
