We got 2 foot long tuna sandwiches yesterday and went home. Both of the sandwiches had hard bread! My wife called to just tell them and whoever answered the phone didn't even care! Not good customer service at all and obviously they don't care about what they serve their customers! Lost my business!

The sandwiches here are good, but not great. Wow how the prices have gone up. Gone are the days where you can stop in during your lunch break and grab a quick bite for cheap. If you don't get whats on promo, it'll bankrupt you. They're good, but not that good.

Dear Javier Zuniga,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at the Subway located at 689 N Stephanie St.
During my recent visit on 9/4/2025 at 10:50am, I attempted to use the ”get TWO footings for $13.99” coupon. Unfortunately, the employee assisting me, declined to honor the coupon and did not provide an explanation as to why it could not be accepted. She repeated multiple times “you can’t use it”. After reading the terms and conditions, it was to my knowledge this coupon was VALID for the sandwiches I ordered and did not exclude anything I was ordering. I asked the worker if she can please kindly show me where on the coupon it says I can’t use this coupon for the two footings I ordered; she proceeded by saying “I already told you that you can’t use it. The machine won’t accept that coupon because you can’t use it.” Her manner was very rude and condescending. Another customer over heard everything and even realized her rude manner.

I would greatly appreciate clarification regarding the coupon policy, as well as assurance that employees are properly informed so customers can have a positive experience. I have included an image of the coupon below, as well as the employees host number and our receipt.

We went to subway on Friday night 8/22/25 and the guy that helped us was extremely rude. It was like he did not want to be there. He was not nice nor respectful at all. It's a shame because the sandwiches were great but the experience was terrible.

This is a pretty wide subway. It's pretty roomy. The young gentleman and the lady work very well. I came to this subway on Sunday 5/25/25 @ about 1pmish. Sandwiches are delicious, and the shop is very clean. Thank you guys. 👍🏼

Everything was fine up until we started the line. A woman had asked us if we were ready to order we said yes, and then she skipped us and went to the person behind us, which was confusing, but we let it go. Can somebody start our order and we said clearly that we were going to get three orders of the five dollar nachos and then three sandwiches because we were a big group
Tell me why as soon as this woman starts doing our nachos another gentleman from the back comes up asks if we need assistance we said yes because we wanna start ordering our three sandwich sandwiches so our nachos don’t get They tell him in Spanish, no that we are being assisted by another person which was fine, except for the fact that we had already said we’ve been skipped twice at this point can we please just have him do our meals our children are hungry and they still ignored us.
We get to the point where we’re gonna let him go ahead and help somebody else but ask if he can start our sandwiches while the woman Slowly continue making the three nachos, as soon as we go to ask, he ignores us and then looks to the woman behind us and continues on, which makes no sense to me as if you’re this backed up. Why wouldn’t you get us out of the way to move on with the next customers why is it that everybody is surpassing us? We’ve already been skipped and ignored three times that was the fourth time and honestly, at that point we had just decided to leave there was no point in continuing to beg the person who supposed to be assisting you in the restaurant to pay attention to you. It was stupid and I will definitely never come to this location again if I could give them all zero stars, I would

First time at this location, ordered with app. Asked for extra olives and mayo and mustard with sandwiche. Got exactly 0 olives, and no mayo or mustard at all. AND I HATE DRY SANDWICHES! Called to speak with a manager, not one available. How shocking.

Don’t try this location the food is absolutely disgusting and their portions are horrible. When asked to get a refund the manager, Laura said that her employee told her all of the sandwiches were made correctly, and there was no possibility that both of the sandwiches weren’t made right. I had barely any meat which they have a cover when making the sandwiches so you cannot see what they’re putting on, the tuna Tasted disgusting. When I went in to get a refund, there was no manager there so I had to wait two days until the manager came in on Monday. And when I went to go get a refund, the manager said she believed her employees over a customer saying her employee made the sandwich correct when in fact, it wasn’t even a girl that made my sandwich. When asked for corporate number her exact response was “Yeah, go ahead and call them go ahead”. She was rude and unprofessional, and she should definitely not be working as a manager when they don’t care about their customers coming in.
