First time at this location, ordered with app. Asked for extra olives and mayo and mustard with sandwiche. Got exactly 0 olives, and no mayo or mustard at all. AND I HATE DRY SANDWICHES! Called to speak with a manager, not one available. How shocking.

Don’t try this location the food is absolutely disgusting and their portions are horrible. When asked to get a refund the manager, Laura said that her employee told her all of the sandwiches were made correctly, and there was no possibility that both of the sandwiches weren’t made right. I had barely any meat which they have a cover when making the sandwiches so you cannot see what they’re putting on, the tuna Tasted disgusting. When I went in to get a refund, there was no manager there so I had to wait two days until the manager came in on Monday. And when I went to go get a refund, the manager said she believed her employees over a customer saying her employee made the sandwich correct when in fact, it wasn’t even a girl that made my sandwich. When asked for corporate number her exact response was “Yeah, go ahead and call them go ahead”. She was rude and unprofessional, and she should definitely not be working as a manager when they don’t care about their customers coming in.

First ivoni never washes her hands when it comes to making sandwiches, second Laura the manager didn’t allow 2 people to get hired a trans and a black boy and the same day she hired a Mexican girl who couldn’t speak English at all didn’t even know how to close a sandwich wasn’t trained but the other 2 were and didn’t get in, the AC wasn’t working for months when it was summer and didn’t do anything about it until the summer ended, Fourth the owner allowed a manger to give more hours to someone because that someone kept giving money to her dad. This isnt a good business and isn’t a good spot to get subway.

First, I would like to say that the gentleman who helped me today was extremely polite and friendly and has been making my sandwiches for a little over nine months now. He is very professionally his job and very nice to talk to you. Five stars for you. Today I went in for a sandwich, and I sat down to enjoy a meal, but had to experience a fellow employee at the location, belittling and rating in front of a group of customers. This dude is always been solid by me and done a really good job so I doubt anything was directly his responsibility, But what I can say is the way that the woman was talking was inappropriate and and bordering Harassment. Threatening somebody in a store full of people is not professional. He is a man and deserves way better than that. You should get rid of her :).

I went In with my daughters to order and they refused a bathroom to wash our hands. I walked out without ordering our food. It is against the ADA and OSHA to not have running water and soap in a restaurant for patrons. Very displeased.

This is my last visit ...mess up every time......not happy with online order again ......what's sense of special instructions if they are not followed second time ....and after leaving a tip they screw the sandwiches.probaly because employees can't read or speak English enough .....never again

I work outdoor and came here ordered food. I was very pleasant. After I received my food I asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands. They refused saying it's for employees only. They gave me a refund instead of just letting me clean up. I could not believe the poor service by the manager.

I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches online. I had a confirmation of my order as well as the payment being taken. Because their machine didn't show it, they refused to assist me even after trying to show my order confirmation. The manager AND her staff was very rude and not polite about THEIR System malfunction. The attitude is hit and miss at this location.

Ordered online 2 hours before my pick up time. Arrived to pick up my order it was not even started. After asking about my order, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order, which was only 2 sandwiches. An employee said they were busy earlier? Not a good experience.
