Newly remodeled nice place but just another taco bell

Ordered on the app. Was charged the full amount. Taco Bell Never got the Order, so we went to pick it up... We had to wait 10 minutes while the staff completely ignored us until we said excuse me. I explained what happened and showed the charge on my bank account, and the response was we had nothing to do with the
app. They should refund you...
Not what we can do to correct this or would you like to put in another order.. nothing.
So we will not be back.
I did receive my refund. Still will not go back.

I use to like this location; the staff was friendly and service was fast. Ever since the remodel though they're somehow slower even though they don't take your order in person. It took 10 minutes for 1 taco and I saw about 3 or more people working the kitchen. Pre remodel, that'd be a few minutes max.

Drive through times regularly 30+ minutes. They've renovated and if anything they are slower and less efficient.

I'm blown away that staff can be so rude for no reason, pointing out a incorrect order seems to really anger them. So I called the manager that refused to give me a name at first. After pressing for one, he claimed it was Eric, most likely doubtful, then immediately hung up on me. So I called again, then he proceeded to scream at me that he doesn't like playing games on his phone. I informed him I was calling to make a complaint, but now understood why his staff are so rude for no reason with a manager like him. I asked for the contact info for the stores GM, he claimed to be the GM, then told me to call corporate. This is exactly what's wrong with locations like this. No accountability. Continue to treat customers horribly and lose them, today you've just lost one. Never again. Don't waste your time or money for something you didn't order, and then complete refusal to fix.

This place is ridiculous. Because you're remodeling inside, how you gonna be low staff, so you can't take cash or credit cards and you're not taking any orders except through door dash? Close the whole place down if that's the case. Everyone in the drive thru reversing out of the line it was ABSURD! What a mess...

I was a fool and went there twice, this time I seen a sign that said drive thru open during remodeling, and there were tons of cars so I'm thinking it's back up....NOPE. get to the window by now I have 8 cars behind me. He says the same thing. I was stuck in that drive thru line for 45 minutes no joke... never again. šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø McDonald's is remodeling inside as well during the same time but at least there drive thru is how it should be. Taco bell wrong for that one.

It's Taco Bell so my only concern is that I asked for extra mild sauce and I got three but again it's Taco Bell. It is confusing because of all the construction but the drive-thru is open you just can't go inside

They are under construction inside. The drive thru had three cars ahead of us. Took nearly 30 minutes to get through ordering and getting our food. It was not people ordering crazy stuff, staff extremely slow. We ordered via the mobile app as we got in line, two simple value boxes. 30 minutes.

So, went here Sunday, Dec 8 for lunch. I ordered online because it’s easier.

I get to the drive thru to grab my food

First, there’s a line, which whatever, but when I get to the person standing outside, they said, ā€œgot you. You’re good.ā€

Second, they give me the wrong food

Third, when I went inside to get it fixed, ā€œwe didn’t make that order.ā€

Now, I’m waiting with the people who have been waiting in the store to get their food. The four workers are going (what I hope is) as fast as they can, even though they’re slower than snails.

But I’m behind the rest of the line despite having been here longer because of the driver thru.

Something’s gotta give.

The person taking the orders outside needs to make sure stuff gets through, because the kitchen sure as hell didn’t get my pickup order.

Next, hire more people. Stop being a stingy Scrooge and looking at profits over customers.

I’m very rarely go to this Taco Bell because it’s terrible. Whoever is working the line making the food has no sense of integrity or value and what they are putting out of that kitchen. I get it. It’s fast food. It’s usually young kids. I’m not expecting the Taj Mahal but what I don’t expect is stuff, just thrown together with a long hair in it. I’m mean this is ridiculous!!
Would anybody working in there pay seven dollars for what I got today????
Taco Bell we can do better!!
come on let’s train our employees to have a little bit of decency with what they’re putting out of your place
