Average Taco Bell food but the men’s restroom here is the real show stopper. It’s just so LONG! Toilet is like 20 feet away from the sink.

Abbey the best restauranteur and hospitality business that America has ever had. Abbey really knows how to talk to humans and she is the perfect server number one ever seen in Taco Bell. She is always happy to serve you and help you. Abbey has the skills to manage a whole corporation with the wink of an eye. Abbey is gracious and fabulous better than any other Taco Bell existent employee. A+++++ for Abbey the best of all. And the oscar goes to. Abbey. Please people vote for Abbey for President so she can bring all the good mexicans back again to the USA and give them all the green-card. So we could all prosper in togetherness again.

They refuse to take your order at the register and force you to use the kiosk despite the fact that there are a ton of employees on their phone chatting. Apparently they can’t be bothered to receive your money. You have to do the work and then pay. I’m surprised they don’t have you make your own food.

It was very slow service for a non-busy time of day. Employee seemed annoyed that I wanted to pay cash. Food was subpar at best. But it is Taco Bell after all.

I ordered online 10 minutes before I got there. I got there and waited another 10-15 minutes. MY drink was 80% ice, food was cold. I absolutely hate this location. It's been terrible for years.

Best Taco Bell in town and very happy they have an outlet to charge my phone and open bathroom after all the other Taco Bells in Vegas removed them because they don't like homeless people. First time the Cheese for the chips was good and hot and would recommend this one over any other in the city. 10/10!!!
Love this location! It's right here within walking distance from where I live. The employees here are very nice and very welcoming.

Ordered the 90’s luxe box made the order wrong gordita supreme missing tomatoes and cheese… asked for burrito with green sauce and grilled got neither. Ill stick to the location on russell and pecos at this point since thats the ONLY taco bell capable of making food properly.

I have seen people come in and get upset but Hey times are changing either you accept change or move on so Be advised Taco Bell has went to ordering online through the App then come in and pick up your order they do not take orders at the cash register anymore which makes it is safe from robbery and a more efficient process for the business because it allows one line INSTEAD OF receiving orders from 3 different lines such as a drive through line , a line inside and a line for online orders this cuts it down to one outlet online orders and since online you have already paid for it makes it just grab and go. Whether you agree or not they can run their business the way they want if you don’t like it nobody is forcing you to buy . So stop giving the poor workers a hard time instead follow the rules get your food and go eat it.
