I work from 2pm until midnight I stopped by the Pecos and windmill location looking for dinner the woman at the window was awesome, the cook sucks I ordered a burrito supreme, and I can’t even explain what was in the tortilla when I opened it up it was cold and it looked so disgusting I couldn’t even take a bite I threw it out immediately, point being this will be the last time I go to Taco Bell ever again. I will be calling corporate in the morning because this is unacceptable.

Drive thru and they asked myself along with 3 other cars to pull around front and wait for food. This has happened multiple times now.

I waited over 30 minutes for 2 hard beef tacos that were never made. The staff member at the cash register also told me I had to order from the kiosk which I did then 20 mins I asked what was happening as there was no one else waiting and they were completing drive through orders during this time. They never made my meal so I had to ask for my money back. I went to another location and got my meal instantly. Highly don't recommend this location unless it was just the shift working today as they didn't seem to care about the customers. Another customer after me left before me as well.

This Taco Bell doesn’t really rate average. In fact, it’s a bit below. Gotta order through a kiosk, which is kind of impersonal. The lobby looked clean initially but when you look, you can see food crumbs on the tables and floors. The condiment station was a disaster (see photo). It looked like someone tried to clean it but forgot to complete the task. The food tasted borderline stale. Meaning, it wasn’t fresh. Can’t say I’d return.

Best experience i ever had at the Taco Bell on Pecos and Windmill, Henderson/Las Vegas. Fat burrito, fast service and the manager, who was waiting on me, told me the kiosks are replacing in person counter service in all their stores within the next 2 weeks. That was not happy news for me because the kiosks are not my favorite. She also said that all McDonalds are getting rid of counter employees.

Slowest drive thru ever, each car took 15 minutes and there were 11-14 of them so imagine how long the wait time is. Have been here for over 15 minutes and only 2 cars went through. This was at 2am on 12/28
