Came at 12:30am after work and was told that they dont sell the Steak and Poblano quesadilla and that its been discontinued, yet there's an active promo on UberEats for it? They were out of potatoes, then they're out of Baja blast. I get two items and one of them is completely different then what I asked for. Terrible customer service as well. No manners and overall a dull experience.

I don’t know who this guy was but he really made my day with his positivity. He did everything with a smile and was super kind. I didn’t catch his name but he was working this morning. I believe he had a a beanie, long hair and it was purple and amazing

Edit. Had to add more after reading other reviews. They remembered all my sauce. Everything tasted amazingly and remembered I asked for my jalapeño sauce on the side even though I placed a mobile order with no jalapeno sauce because there is no way to ask for it on the side on the app.
Didn't even think about it til I was home but the crew on duty tonight came in clutch and remembered for me.

10/04/25 lunch break I order 3 beef crunch tacos 🌮 🤢🤮💀. No meat 3 strings of cheese 😔. Went back for my replacement same issue no meat. Just sad will not be back FT 😞. Sad and a waste of my money 😔 😞

It took so long to get my bag that m food had gone cold. I called and spoke to a manager.
A few days later, I go in person as the manager offered me a remake.
The manager I spoke to in person called the other manager IN FRONT if me, as If she didn't believe me. I found her to be extremely rude.
Next time I'm going to Wendy's.

I don't get what Taco Bell is doing.
This location has taken down their menus. And have no cashier working. They want you to order thru the kiosks. But in my case, I pay cash. So what's the point?
If you still need to deal with an employee to exchange money.
The way they kiosks work, you have to know already what you want. Because it's divided up into categories . The touch screen didn't work very well. It sent me to the extra sides page.
I left pissed off without ordering. Why does it have to be so difficult. Its not like Taco Bell lowered the prices because you're doing their work.
There used to be a few taco bell locations that still used cashiers. But not anymore.
I feel like im pretty much thru going there anymore it's really just not worth the frustration

I work from 2pm until midnight I stopped by the Pecos and windmill location looking for dinner the woman at the window was awesome, the cook sucks I ordered a burrito supreme, and I can’t even explain what was in the tortilla when I opened it up it was cold and it looked so disgusting I couldn’t even take a bite I threw it out immediately, point being this will be the last time I go to Taco Bell ever again. I will be calling corporate in the morning because this is unacceptable.

Drive thru and they asked myself along with 3 other cars to pull around front and wait for food. This has happened multiple times now.

I waited over 30 minutes for 2 hard beef tacos that were never made. The staff member at the cash register also told me I had to order from the kiosk which I did then 20 mins I asked what was happening as there was no one else waiting and they were completing drive through orders during this time. They never made my meal so I had to ask for my money back. I went to another location and got my meal instantly. Highly don't recommend this location unless it was just the shift working today as they didn't seem to care about the customers. Another customer after me left before me as well.
