Ai drive thru assistant. Not only is it annoying it keeps asking questions after you say you're done ordering.
My rating is relative to other Tbells, and this one is very solid! Staff is always friendly and they've messed up an order

Went through drive through. Food has become expensive that only deals are worth buying. Service was poor. The auto drive through machine kept saying there's no diet Pepsi(they don't have diet coke, which is way better in taste) repeatedly and then a human being takes over and says, no problem, we have diet Pepsi and then at the window gives with ice, when I told her, no ice, of course, I caught it before leaving the window and she gave another without ice. But, I didn't realize she didn't give any hot sauces until after I left the window.

What happened to Taco Bell? I've been to them for years, and not only did the price go up, but the quality came down. I ordered guacamole and sour cream on my pizzas, but they're missing. The hot sauce packages were also missing. And, where are the chicken and add-on steaks that I ordered?! They weren't even busy.

I'm thanking Taco Bell for my weight loss! Due to increasing price hikes without arguing more food, I've stopped eating here. When I think I'm hungry, I open the app, grit my teeth and my hunger is gone. Those prices cure hunger!

The chalupa I ordered barely had any cheese meat or lettuce. I would like to have some of these ingredients inside the chalupa but it seems as if no one cares at this location… the photo is under the photo category.. please look !

The only reason I rated this so low, is while sitting eating our food i looked over to see the cook was chewing gum while preparing someone else's food! My Granddaughter asked me why was that not ok, I asked her if she ever noticed while chewing gum your spit ever came out accidentally? She jumped back and said oh yes!!!!! That is definitely not ok for a cook to chewing gum while on the clock, matter of fact no one should! If I noticed it out in the dining room, then why didn't the night supervisor?

I don't usually do these kind of reviews, but today felt like I just got a $1 worth of burrito stolen,, I ordered cheese, bean, and rice burrito with no creamy jalapeno,, instead they gave me beefy burrito I don't even know what it is,,, if the manager of this location really cared about their location,, they need to retrain their employees because not only they given me the wrong burrito, they have crossed contaminated foods with most of the stuff we ordered, there was lettuce and tomato in my chicken quesadilla and no tomatoes on the soft tacos, I know that's Nevada health code in the food industry to not cross contaminate foods especially if someone had a food allergen.
Nevada law protects food from cross-contamination through a number of regulations, including:
Preparing raw animal food: Prepare raw animal food in separate areas or at different times.
Cleaning and sanitizing: Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils as approved.
Fail to change gloves between handling different foods and etc...
I have worked in the food industry, this would have been a F for the health department, maybe some of your employees don't have the food handlers card, who knows but they need to be aware of what they are cross contaminating,,, you never know if someone could be in great danger to a food allergy. I would genuinely love to speak to the manager about the mistake and get my moneys worth again!

Ordered 4 tacos and a nacho bell grande. The associates were very rude. I added onion for my tacos and they wanted to charge me an extra $2.00 for the onion -.50/ taco. She said if I didn’t pay for it , then I could eat someone. Taco Bell has fallen off!! At this point, I will go to traditional. Mexican restaurants where I can get what I really want without being gouged! So sad!!

This taco bell has some meaty burritos. Ordering here after 9pm is definitely the best option for quality and quantity. Great job team!
