Wish I could give negative stars. Contacting corporate at this point. Every single time I go, they tell me they only have (x) items available.

Tonight, was told they only had hard shell tacos and 2 Cinnabon delights. Available for the whole menu.

It’s obvious after a consistent pattern of this “we have none of this is stock” is just the underpaid and underaged workers being lazy.

Corporate needs to restaff, have gone back in morning and everything available.

Went once and told me their grill was broken. Next morning, hours later was working good enough to do grilled items for breakfast.

Live only a mile from this location and most locals won’t even go there anymore. A huge harm to the Taco Bell standard of being a late night, reputable place to eat.

Almost hilarious how many people leave that drive thru not making an order and going to other chains much closer.

I will always love Taco Bell but this place always has SUPER SALTY NACHO CHIPS and they always give very little portions! I paid an extra dollar for my Taco salad and it's like I didn't even get the meat that was supposed to be in it! I understand price cuts and limits on servings but there was no meat in my food, especially when I pay a whole dollar extra and don't get the extra.

Tried some of the new menu items, they were not good, not at all worth the hype. The desert empanadas were just hard and oil-soaked. The nacho fries were soggy and the cheese sauce didn't taste like anything.

New promotion items are not good. Caramel empanada tastes like fry oil and bread. Chicken Bacon ranch chalupas just taste like fried bread. Potato Burrito tastes like soggy waste. Gross and waste of money.

Just got into town after a 12 hour drive - arrived at 1:30 with them closing at 3am I assumed I wouldn't have any problems. Was told no grilled items and they couldn't accommodate a soft taco party pack due to it being to close to closing time.... do not recommend this location

I live 3 minutes away by the time I got home everything was soggy.. not to mention everything was so skimpy like if they were afraid to put any ingredients on every single thing from tacos to quesadillas to burritos.. even the fries looked old like they've been sitting all day since they opened and were even half way only... I spent about 70 dollars worth buying for my family and it's very dissapointing. Never been to a taco bell in a good area that I had to give a bad review to. Negative stars for the food, waste of money. Only thing semi decent was the service...

Terrible. I ordered 50.00 worth of food. Its a joke. Cheesy potatoes container was half full and the potatoes tasted old. Ordered the Chalupas I even paid extra for the steak. Not even a full chalupa. Bean burritos were flat.

Closest Taco Bell to where I live. Grill is always “down”. Out of stock on items like Steak. Do yourself a favor and drive yourself to the one on horizon ridge or warm springs.

Didn’t want to order food here anymore after the drive thru person seemed like she had an attitude that I asked a question about the breakfast burrito. It all starts with customer service. If that’s not exceptional, then you won’t see any of my money.
