We visited after a silver knights win and they gave 2 free tacos for the knights scoring 2. I didn't like the fact that I had to buy a drink as I thought the tacos were free outright but whatever. The store was clean, the food was fast. The food was for my kid and she enjoyed it. $6 for a drink and nachos fries seems high but what isn't anymore?

I want to share that FINALLY for the first time in almost 3 years, my family enjoyed an awesome meal. We had a $45 order and it was filled with variety l, lots of items were swapped and we had lots of things modified, lots of things to add and subtract with every food item. This Taco Bell did a bang up, one of a kind job and got the entire order right, the first time!! Customer service in the restaurant itself, is most often sub par and holds a lot of lazy and entitled staff members. But at least they did an amazing job on our order just about two hours ago. Thank you

Drive through: They forget part of your order, so you have to pull in and go inside. This has happened multiple time now. The tortillas are ice cold and the food is generally lukewarm. The hardshell tortillas are usually broken. This Taco Bell site has really gone downhill.

It's comforting to know that no matter where you are on this spinning globe, the Doritos Locos Taco will taste exactly like the one you had three states over. Consistency is key, and Taco Bell has cornered the market on exactly the same. Bravo for achieving peak Taco Bell-ness.

I went to Taco Bell for a large grilled cheese borito meal, with a strawberry cream freeze. While placing my order the attendant was laughing, and talking with someone else, I asume it was a coworker because no one was at the window. When I finally placed my order and got to the window, I tried handing a gift card to the window attendant, and they said they couldnt take it. On top of that, when I got my drink it was 3/4 full and had no cream in the CREAM freeze. When I tried to ask for the rest of the drink I paied for the attendant wouldn't even turn arround. At home I then went to take a bite of my food and it was cold, like it wasnt even cooked, and there wasnt any sauce in the bag. I didn't know that a place could decline their own gift card that is already paid for, and has funds. Also, the experience with the attendant was completely disrespectful. This entire scenario was an awful, and ruined an already not great day.
Used the kiosk inside to order/checkout. The Cantina Chicken Burrito wasn't that great. Would like to see the Grilled Stuffed Burrito come back

Seriously how hard is it to make the food correctly? I can't tell you how many times I go through the drive-through. I have to repeat my order 3 to 4 times and then they come back to find out it's wrong. This is the simplest thing to do I worked at Pizza Hut in college so I do not feel bad people that worked in fast food. I put my time in
