one of the best places I’ve gone to eat in a while . The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Both Mav and Yogi that helped us were great , made sure we had refills on our drinks , checked constantly if we needed anything else and went above and beyond our needs . This is what good service and good food should be like .I wish more restaurants in LV followed their steps into service, delicious food while being reasonably priced.

From start to finish, Taj Palace delivered an exceptional dining experience! The moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and the service throughout the evening was nothing short of outstanding. Yogi and Nav deserve special recognition. They were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel like valued guests the entire time.

The food was absolutely incredible. The curry was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It’s clear the chef puts heart into every dish. The chicken and lamb samosas were unlike anything I’ve had before: crispy on the outside, packed with seasoned, tender filling on the inside, and bursting with authentic flavor. Every bite felt like a treat.

What impressed me most was the combination of great food and great service. It’s not often you find both executed so flawlessly. Taj Palace isn’t just about eating; it’s about enjoying an experience that makes you want to come back again and again.

My wife and love good food, but we're picky about Indian food. We never eat the buffet anywhere. It's seasoned for most American palates, but not for ours. At Taj Palace we order off the menu and they always bring on however much heat we request. The food and service are spectacular.

From the moment we stepped into Taj Palace Restaurant, we knew we were in for something special. The warm aroma of spices, the inviting atmosphere, and the beautiful décor instantly set the tone for what would become one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had. But what truly elevated our evening from “wonderful” to “absolutely extraordinary” was the incredible service we received from our server, Amit.

From the very first interaction, Amit greeted us with a genuine smile that instantly made us feel welcome. His professionalism was matched by his warmth, and it was clear that he not only took pride in his work but genuinely cared about making our evening perfect. He guided us through the menu with such detail and enthusiasm, explaining each dish, offering thoughtful recommendations, and even sharing a bit about the traditions and ingredients behind them. His knowledge of the cuisine and his passion for great service shone through in every interaction.

One of the things that stood out the most was how attentive Amit was without ever being intrusive. He seemed to have a sixth sense for knowing exactly when to check in, refill a drink, or clear a plate, all while giving us space to enjoy our conversation. It was as though he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. That kind of attention to detail is rare, and it made us feel truly cared for.

When our food arrived, it was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was vibrant, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The chicken tikka masala was rich and perfectly balanced, the naan was warm and pillowy with just the right amount of char, and the lamb rogan josh was tender and deeply spiced. The presentation was beautiful, and it was clear the kitchen took pride in every plate they sent out. Amit made sure everything was exactly as we liked it and encouraged us to savor the flavors slowly.

Another highlight was how Amit tailored the experience for each of us. He took note of our spice preferences and dietary needs, ensuring everyone at the table had a dish they loved. He also went above and beyond to make sure the pacing of the meal matched our mood — never rushing us, but also never letting us wait too long between courses. His ability to read the table and adapt was truly impressive.

By the time dessert arrived — a heavenly mango kulfi and a perfectly sweet gulab jamun — we were already talking about when we could come back. Amit’s hospitality made the meal feel less like a restaurant visit and more like being welcomed into someone’s home.

In a world where great service can sometimes feel like a lost art, Amit is a shining example of how it’s done right. Taj Palace is lucky to have him, and we feel lucky to have experienced his incredible service. This was more than just dinner — it was an experience we’ll remember for years to come.

Ordered from this restaurant during our stay in Las Vegas. Hated the food. Chana Masala had too (read extreme) much oil and was tasting stale. Also the delivery took over 1 hr 30 mins while it had initially shown 45 mins. Never ordering from here again

Good food served with wonderfully by Navneet. She was very nice and patient. I was there with 2 kids and she made great recommendations to us. My kids enjoyed the food. Navneet was very nice. When my little one dropped water she came to help us and got the table and everything cleaned up quickly.
