Rude lady, very little serving for the price, recommend going to another flor de michoacan, others give you better service, a lot more in serving, without any negative attitude.

I love Michoacán's. I love supporting small and Hispanic/Latino local businesses. Every time I hear of a local Michoacan I try to visit and support. However, I have been to this shop twice in the last year. The first time I thought maybe the woman assisting us was having a bad day. She came off very standoffish. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Aside from this they didn't really have a lot of options and I haven't felt the need to visit since. I visited again recently over this past weekend. While holiday shopping. Hoping to give this shop a second chance. I was serviced by the same woman, only this time I did not rely on her customer service, and yet I was still disappointed by my visit. I went with a friend of mine. This was his first visit to a Michoacán. He has worked in the food and service industry for 9years. Even he had noticed "this person didn't seem to care". I will not return to this business. My favorite Michoacan is just down the street. Called La Real de Michoacán! They are so friendly and I love their options. Their service is slower but their customer service is much better and their products always come out well. Worth the 2 minute drive.

My family absolutely loves this place! Great authentic mexican flavors and a few different types of snacks (ice-cream, flan, fruit, corn & more). The place is clean and staff is friendly.

This place has expired fruit with visible mold. I only noticed once I was about to eat it. Lady is very rude too, when called to tell her she started to argue and didn’t offer to exchange OR give my money back. Never coming here again. Worst customer service and quality ever

I bought fruit from this place and when I was about to eat it same day at my job I realized it was moldy. I called the place as soon as I was able because they were close when I was available do to my job schedule and this woman argue with me on the phone instead of apologizing. She didn’t even offer to give my money back. I will never go back and I will advise others to be careful with this place sales expired food.

On the way to Las Vegas, there was a street vendor selling fruits at one of the rest stops. I grabbed a box of mango slices with lime and Tajin. Ever since, I became a fan of this stuff. It turned out they sell this treat at the mall! I was surprised and glad at the same time. The lady who helped us was polite and willingly answered questions. I'm certainly new when it comes to ordering this stuff. She didn't make me feel clueless when ordering. They also had Horchata and Agua De Fresa! I don't see this often and perhaps I'm looking in the wrong places. I had to have it! Requested it be mixed half of each. Not sure if this is common, but it turned out good.

Rude, Rude, Rude !!! I'm not sure what the young lady's problem was but, she is not a pleasent person. My wife and I visited today 12/27/21 around 4:30pm after going to get our eyes checked. On our way out of the mall we decided to go in & grab a quick bite. My wife asked the clerk girl in Spanish if they carried her favorite Strawberries & Cream Parfait. She gave my wife an attitude & said they were not like other stores. So, we got 2 cups of corn. Man !!! I think it upset her because she started slamming lids & scoops as she was preparing our order. Afterwards she said some stupid comment about the difference between Olive Garden & Outback Steakhouse not having the same thing. What the H@#% !!! To be honest I didn't trust the food after that & tossed it. People like that WILL do something to your food out of spite. I hope she gets the counseling that she so desperately need. (no joke) I rarely give a 1 star review but this vist definitely deserves it.

I ordered nachos and they gave me cheese seasoned chips like doritos with melted cheese on top. NOT GOOD!! IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THEIR MENU. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I wanted to return the food but felt bad due to the lack of clientele.
