Great Tea!I have tried most all the high end tea brands on the internet and I can say without a doubt that Tea & Whisk has the best and highest quality teas I've been able to find. From the rare and exprensive teas that are hard to find elsewhere and the more common cultivars that you can find on other luxury tea sites, Tea & Whisk tea is just a level above and beyond all the others I've tasted. Lastly, Leo is a nice fellow who answers all my questions and even makes an effort to ship my teas faster when I've forgotten to order soon enough and I'm running low.

Oh my I am so glad I found Tea and Whisk! I walk in and immediately a feeling of Zen surrounds me. Leo and his wife welcome me and happily answer my questions and suggest a couple of teas which I eagerly try when I get home I have never enjoyed tea as much as I enjoyed these. I have since returned and bought a couple more teas and they are just as delicious. So excited to have begun my journey into truly high quality tea.

Lovely small tea shop with a wonderful selection of high quality teas. The staff are knowledgeable and are passionate about their product which is a very good sign when dealing with products like this.The tease that I have tried I have enjoyed and would put them up there with one of my other favorite places to order from The Tea Source in Minnesota. Certainly a place to check out especially if you enjoy Green Teas as their selection is exquisite.

Came in and there was one person they were helping out, told us to wait for a second. I wanted to buy some lose leaf tea and a couple of items for tea ceremony but owner was talking to the same guy for like 15 minutes while me and friends just awkwardly stand there. Walked out right after.

Two parts to this review; tea conversation and the shop:We booked a tea conversation with Leo and that was amazing. He walks you through different teas and picks ones that he personally likes, he thinks the group would like or something that would enhance your understanding of teas. I personally enjoyed that he played with different factors that would impact your experience of tea. Overall, playful and informative, definitely a good experience especially if you are interested in high quality teas. Also atmosphere is 10/10. Cute table, cozy interior and lots to see.Second, the shop has such an amazing catalog of teas and tea wear. I do suggest looking at their website to see the extensive list of available teas they have, but of course you can drop in and either Leo or Charlene will gladly assist you with your purchase. The various tea wear available run the gamut of prices, but they are definitely made for a more eastern style of enjoying tea. The selection though, beautiful.That being said - this all depends on your relationship with tea. If you don't care for it, this may not be the place for you. But if you're a fan or you're coming in with an openness about it; I can 100% recommend this.

A brick and mortar tea shop of this caliber is rare so I found it cool to experience a place like this in real life. I encourage you to check out the store and website if you're looking to purchase eastern style loose leaf tea and/or teaware even if you haven't learned much about them. The owner is knowledgeable, welcoming, and accommodating to everyone!
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! The owner is kind and knowledgeable. I have never met someone as passionate about tea as the owner. I was fortunate enough to do a tea tasting with him, and it was clear that he puts so much value in tea education and appreciation. The lengths he goes to to find the tools and rare teas are unmatched. This shop is a delight, and I felt so privileged to experience the teas he let me try. I got a beautiful shiboridashi from Kyoto for my Japanese green teas, as well as a fabulous oolong I can't wait to try! I can't wait to come back and learn more!

This business used to be a cafe-type shop. They don't sell made to order drinks anymore. They now sell tea ware and tea by the ounce. They also offer a tea tasting experience by appointment only.We had a private tea tasting with Leo, it was such a lovely experience. I highly recommend for tea lovers.The private tea experience is informative, exciting, fascinating, unique, fun, relaxing, tasty and delicious. The setup has such a calming vibe. The chill music, dim lights, and special tea table with the trickling water feature. Loved the little totoro and no face at the table, added such whimsical fun. Any studio ghibli lovers will find joy in seeing them. It was so fun to be able to see and taste so many premium quality teas. Each with their own distinct flavors and characteristics.Leo was super friendly and easy to chat with. I'd definitely recommend the tea tasting.
