won’t do half and half rice/noodles (every other store does!) tablet asked me to sign up for rewards and you can even confirm it because it says “no favorite location selected” but there’s no option to even enter one! will not be back!

I’ve always enjoyed Teriyaki Madness and usually have a great experience. But one time there was a very small issue with my order — nothing major at all — but Eileen came to the rescue. She was so kind, professional, and quick to make it right. Her customer service truly stood out and turned the whole experience into a positive one. Five stars, 10/10, I’m so thankful for her help! I own a small business and I’d hire her in a heart beat!

Aileen was amazing! She had such great customer service and honestly made the whole place feel better just by how she interacted. Super sweet and easy to talk to, and she made taking my order a really good experience. Definitely one of the highlights of coming here.

Not have a drive through is wild. I been living here for 6 months and with the cones and not many cars I thought it was under construction. I finally got closer and realized that they are open because of the new signs but ain't nobody trying to get out in the heat to grab a quick bite. They must be losing sooo much money.

My wife and myself go to the neighboring CVS weekly and have been wanting to return to this restaurant since they opened the NEW building. But we haven't yet because strangely, the drive thru appears to have NEVER opened! And then yesterday, we noticed it seems to be closed for business??? How strange! Open the drive thru and get back open please.
