I’ve always enjoyed Teriyaki Madness and usually have a great experience. But one time there was a very small issue with my order — nothing major at all — but Eileen came to the rescue. She was so kind, professional, and quick to make it right. Her customer service truly stood out and turned the whole experience into a positive one. Five stars, 10/10, I’m so thankful for her help!

Aileen was amazing! She had such great customer service and honestly made the whole place feel better just by how she interacted. Super sweet and easy to talk to, and she made taking my order a really good experience. Definitely one of the highlights of coming here.
