I just walk in there when i approach the cashier i smile and say hello
But she didn't care no reply from her or even a smile so i feel like im not welcome there as a costumer so i left .Just happened around 7:03 p.m today 1/24/25 horizon ridge owner you should talk to the one who was the cashier that time.
You guys need a better costumer service

First time trying Teriyaki Madness. Great for takeout, healthier option. Spicy teriyaki chicken bowl w vegetables was fabulous! Able to order additional vegetables in lieu of rice or noodles, which I greatly appreciate. Spicy was perfect and vegetables were delicious! Not the typical large pieces of zucchini, which was a huge plus, as not a fan of zucchini. Husband really liked the noodles and vegetables that accompanied his delicious steak and chicken bowl. Definitely will be back.

I first had this place to eat from UberEats and I got the two protein bowl for buy 1 get 2nd free. Which I like the quality of the food.
Today I went in to think that the food prices would be less than what's on UberEats, it's expensive ? 2 regular 1 Jr bowls cost me almost $50 that's way too expensive, I can eat at a Sit down restaurant for these prices.

Worst food I have eaten in years. Ordered the spicey chicken. I love spicey food but this was HOT! That would have been o.k. but it was SO salty I couldn't eat. I do NOT recommend this place and I will never go back again. I have had eaten the 3/$1.00 that was better than this.

Accounting this resturant stuff and the owner. all ubereat drivers will steal food. Im not required to show my PRIVATE phone that I paid for. They can check on the tablet them self. Never happened with another teriyaki madness location. I hope someone will treat these peoples mother like a Thieves. See how it feel about it!. Like they did to me. Never stole anything in my life!

Avoid this location if possible. The manager Hunter is incompetent and shows behavior related to anti-social personality disorder.

He will imply that you are a thief and incite conflict if you request a refund. This used to be the only location i spent my money, in spite of Hunters poor interpersonal communicative skills. Totally unprofessional and will threaten to abuse public resources by calling the police if you request a refund.

Being that this is a franchise, he is extremely confident that he will not lose his position regardless of how rude he is. Be forewarned.
