I ordered the steak teriyaki with vegetables. This was absolutely the worst teriyaki I have ever had in my entire life! The steak was like beef jerky. The vegetables were soggy and did not taste fresh. I hate leaving bad reviews but when you pay 20 dollars for a medium bowl of teriyaki, you would at least expect something edible. This was awful!

I had witnessed a terrible experience with this business. The employee who claimed to be the acting manager was disrespectful, immature, and hostile. Instead of listening to the complaint and working toward a solution, they argued with the customer and escalated the situation.
Shockingly, this individual even slapped his hands during the interaction, which should be visible on your surveillance cameras. This level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I will be seeking legal guidance regarding this incident.
This business demonstrated extremely poor customer service, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love teriyaki madness! Food was and is ALWAYS a ten out of ten! Service could’ve been a bit better with maybe a welcome or hi or smile when walking in the door a proper greet goes a long way! Super clean restaurant but the bathroom a tad bit ditry. But I’ll continue to go here and I do recommend!

I would've rated the service higher based on the service I received earlier today, but just now I came back for extra sauce and received horrible service from an older lady and a young guy working the front counter. They gave me a weird look when I walked in and then I heard them talking about me and laughing. How childish! The lady was also very unprofessional. While I was eating at a booth, she took her break at the booth next to mine and didn't hesitate taking her shoes off. She sat there watching a video with the volume on high with her feet kicked up like she was sitting on the couch at home. She never smiled at me or made me feel welcomed. The food is good here though. The cook was not a part of these shenanigans and seemed very hard-working and professional. He obviously knows what he's doing in the kitchen.

This Horizon location is horrible. I order the same thing every time I eat here and at every location around the valley. I get extra spicy teriyaki chicken with my large bowl. Which they charge me an extra $4. I’m not concerned about the price of the extra chicken what I am concerned about is how this place doesn’t give me my extra chicken they are charging me for. I’ve weighed it out multiple times and comes out 3 oz short. I have called about this issue before and it looks like nothing is changing. This is the only location that I have an issue with.

I just walk in there when i approach the cashier i smile and say hello
But she didn't care no reply from her or even a smile so i feel like im not welcome there as a costumer so i left .Just happened around 7:03 p.m today 1/24/25 horizon ridge owner you should talk to the one who was the cashier that time.
