( We are not from Henderson, we were driving through from a trip). On Nov 5th, 2024 5: 25 PM. We walked in and a worker was texting on her phone. I said I wanted a chicken bowl and size. She continued to look at her phone and continued to text someone. We walked out. I posted a one-star review. The manager messaged me they coached their employees to have customers come first. So, Im now changing my review to a 5-star. I have no intention to bring a business down.

We found what we thought was a staple on our food. Went back, and the cashier recognized it as wires from the metal brush used to clean the grill, BUT the disrespect. "So what do you want?" No, apologies. When we asked why they didn't answer the phone as we requested to speak to a manager, she conveniently wasn't available and rudely responded with, "Our phone system hasn't worked in months." Haven't been back since and have no intention in returning. Happy dining all.

This place only gets worse n worse! I have ordered the same item for years and now all of a sudden I can not order noodle n rice with the veggies bowl.. can't order a chicken bowl and request the chicken on the side! This place it over priced and can't order how you request.. never going back here again. After the last time I went in and they were beyond rude! I left without ordering.. thought I would give one more chance after waiting 3 months.. Nope still rude! N won't be back again

No ice for drinks. Machine broken. Inside smells like sewer line is backed up. Rice in chicken bowl was cold, and chicken was only warm. Don't buy from this location.

The food seems to always hit the spot.. I'm partial to the teriyaki salmon

My boyfriend just picked up our food and spending extra $ to get a large bowl only to not receive the large is beyond disappointing. Especially when i try to call the restaurant to tell them and the number that is on google isn’t the right one so im not even sure who to go to or contact to fix the issue.

I wish I could give Teriyaki Maddness negative stars cause they’ve gone down hill after a year of opening. When they first opened they used to give out so much food for such a great price! 2 large bowls for under $20. Now for ONE regular bowl $15+ and literally they put no meat only rice on rice or just pure veggies. As well they don’t answer the phone nor take the coupons they give out in the mail. Why give out coupons if we can’t use them. PLEASE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!! YOUR WORKERS ARE TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH ATTITUDE AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE APOLOGY IS GIVEN.
