I dont usually leave reviews but tonight we had the server of your dreams. Ms. Mary was our server for my family of 7, 5 of those being our children. We were sat in her section just behind the hosts booth. Our mildly on the spectrum son has a hard time ordering food especially at a new establishment because he gets overwhelmed with all the noise, but also with all the options. He also, was struggling because he likes to have visuals and the menu only has them for highlighted choices, luckily the online menu provided those visuals. Ms. Mary was beyond accommodating with us. She was communicative as she waited for him to be ready to order. She was patient and understood that he needed time and didn't pressure for him to hurry. She continued to check in with us and with him while still being just as gracious and attentive to her other tables. The house manager as well came to our table and did a table touch and was amazing. Unfortunately, what my son picked to eat was a no go, and the manager swapped it out for him, which they definitely did not have to do. She also didn't do it in a way that made him feel embarrassed or ashamed and even after Ms. Mary came and double checked on everything while his food was replaced. Not all servers and managers have the level of customer service that we experienced tonight. So I want to leave this review so Texas Roadhouse knows that they have a manager who is definitely in the right position, and a server that should be the standard for all future employees. Thank you Ms. Mary for the great family dinner.

Never ever again will have a take out…however I picked up my order earlier as they texted me 10 minutes before the requested pick up time; fortunately I was on my way already regardless the shrimp was completely cold the stake was nearly cold and undercooked. The only thing was warm but not hot is the biscuits.

I've been to this location on previous occasions and have enjoyed my experience.
However, this visit on the first Friday of the year was absolutely deplorable.
On our way to the location, we tried to get on the waitlist through their website. It kept saying unable to add and then prompted that the current waitlist time is 0-10 minutes. Assuming this to be true we were greeted with a 30-40 minute wait for the dining room and were placed on a waitlist. We inquired about the bar and were told by the host that it was open seating. We were reassured of this by another team member at the entrance of the bar area, again, Assuming this to be true of the whole bar area we saw a small booth open up and sat down as it finished being bussed.
We then had someone greet us and give us side plates and silverware, Followed by a separate visit from our server, who was quick to drink our drink order while we decided on an app, and returned promptly with bread rolls.
Just as were deciding what to order, we were greeted by Max, who asked in a very condescending manner "Hey guys were you sat here or did you just seat yourselves here?" We let them know that we were told it was open seating in the bar area. This is when Max clarified that was only regarding the bartop, not the whole bar area, and strongly suggested that we get up from the table and go see the host again about getting on a waitlist.
Having already gotten our drink order placed, and been greeted 3 different times, we were asked to get up from our table.
I wasn't going to let our bread sit on that table, as I wouldn't want to have the people replacing us eat bread that was already exposed to someone else.
So I took the basket with me and started eating it while we were standing back in the host area while waiting for a new table. As we were standing there we were approached by a new team member who offered to put us on the waitlist. We informed them that we were on the list but that we had already sat in the bar and started placing our order. This is when they stated they'd go check with the host about getting us re-sat. He never returned.
Unbeknownst to us, we were standing in front of where the bread baskets are placed, This is when we were approached by the nametag-less manager running the floor. We thought she was coming to offer a solution to the situation when on the contrary, she immediately tried to snatch the bread basket out of my hands and stated "We cannot have you taking bread out of the window" and stated we were going to have to wait our turn on the waiting list.
At this point, we informed her that we did not steal the bread but were rather handed it when we were sat at our table before being evicted to make way for others. She expressed apologies for the miscommunication and said her team had not informed her of what the situation was or she would've otherwise handled it differently.
She then said she was going to see the host about getting us re-sat.
Having been just told the same thing by the person before her, being asked to get up after starting our dining experience, and being accused of stealing, we no longer felt welcome, nor had an appetite or a desire to remain in this establishment,
So we placed the basket on the host stand and left.
While I understand this was a misunderstanding, I can't help but feel that Texas Roadhouse had many opportunities to make things right, but instead continued to drop the ball with every subsequent interaction.
Unprofessional & Unacceptable.

Very popular steak restaurant in town. No reservation is accepted, waiting list only for the table. We put ours on waiting list by phone 3hrs ahead and we've waited 15min. more after checked-in.
Steaks are good, kindly services, and most of all, very reasonable prices.

My wife and I were back in fort- wort in Texas visiting our son and daughter in law and their family. They took us to the Texas Roadhouse near them for a special dinner. Everything was so AMAZING. My wife didn’t realize that there was a tea’s roadhouse in Henderson Nevada. So for our 13 year anniversary . She wanted to go there. Which is tonight. 12-22. Well it turned out to be THE ABSOLUTE WORST NIGHTMARE EVER. The ONLY part that was good, was our server Mike . Our Appetizer was not even cooked all the way. Had to have that reordered. My wife ordered the fillet. Was completely RAW in the center. I ordered the rib- ribeye combo. Ribs were very dry. Steak was still moooing. Our server felt so embarrassed because of everything we ordered was ABSOLUTELY terrible and not cooked correctly. Mike called the manager over and We explained everything to her that happened. She acted as If she could care less. Said we’re recooking your dinner. I said not a chance. She then said you can take it home. AGAIN I said not a chance. So her solution was you pay for your drinks and here’s card for a free appetizer the time you visit. REALLY REALLY!!! This place has got to have THE WORST FRONT OF THE HOUSE MANAGER and MOST DEFINITELY THE WORST Back of the house MANAGER in Charge of The Cooks. I Personally have been in the Restaurant Business for over 40 Years. I know how the front and back of a restaurant works. I started from the very bottom and worked my way up to Chef. I learned everything from ordering, scheduling cooking and even help open 2 restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip. Again the manager couldn’t CARE LESS. The SADDEST ANNIVERSARY my wife and I have EVER Experienced.
