I'm very particular about my steaks. Texas Roadhouse on Sunset, in Las Vegas, knows how to cook it perfectly. They slice it for me and cook it well-done without burning it! Perfection!!š
I've recently gone to the one in Monroeville, PA, and to cook refused to cook my steak to my specifications. Needless to say, it was burned and sent back. The manager was willing to chance it not being cooked without burning it on the 2nd steak.
The food was delicious and the service was amazing.

Everything was delicious The baked potato was cooked perfectly. My husband got the ribs and said they were very good. We waited 5 min to be seated on a Friday night and our waitress checked in on us several times. Great food music and atmosphere

The manager was rude and unprofessional at this location,, we found a piece of plastic in the hamburger patty. the server let the manager know and she didnāt even care about it,, she just rolled up her eyes, and didnāt even take a second to come to the table and apologize. Very unprofessional. Not coming back to this location.

I came down there tonight and sat at the bar. This was my first time here. After I sat at the bar, it was niceā¦until a skinny-ish bald guy started SWEEPING and MOPPING behind my chair. After the first 20 minutes of him doing that. I thought heād be done. NOPE!! This same guy decided he wanted to sweep the floor under MY CHAIR and proceeds to move the chairs next to me out of the way with my chair being the ONLY one in the area where he was sweeping!! He was obviously just being annoying. So I asked the bartender if I could move and instead of saying he was fine with me moving, the bartender says āDonāt worry. Heās doneā. Meanwhile, this guy has already kicked up loads dust around my food! This is unprofessional and disgusting! The food was disgusting after that interaction. ANDDD I told them I wanted my steak Well Done and it was Medium! I will not come back here. I even called afterwards so that I could explain my bad experience with a manager. The manager apparently tried to avoid my call. So Iām deciding to leave a review for everyone insteadā¦.SAVE YOUR MONEY!..unless you like people disturbing you while you eat your undercooked/overcooked steak.
