I did a to go order 12/20 and I called in, I never received a text. An hour later I showed up and my food was sitting there.
The appetizer potato skins were burnt.
No butter with the bread.
No butter, sour cream, or the cheese (I paid for)

Very disappointed in tonight’s to go order.

I order to go regularly as well as dine in.

The food wasn’t the best at all. Had an amazing waitress that was willing to take the food back for improvements but every time the food came back, it was STILL COLD. My mom ordered a loaded potato that was NOT loaded at all, it lacked all the main ingredients other than cheese and cream. I ordered a 6 oz. sirloin that wasn’t even hot, everything was just cold. The bill resulted up to 96 DOLLARS! Which is crazy for insanely overrated food. Everyone has different experiences, so we probably just had bad luck today. But I’d rather go to a Chili’s than this place again.

Me and my fellow veteran friend and her mom decided to go here tonight for dinner and we were quite impressed with the service. Kaleb I believe was the guys name he took our order with a smile paid attention to the details that we are both veterans. Asked all the right questions never let our bread or drinks go empty and unnoticed. The food was all cooked to perfection he had us check our steaks to make sure they looked up to par and it was great. 👍 I appreciate him. Great Alaska guy.

My experience: 12/10/25
might not want to go for a birthday celebration though Food hands down delicious!!! Spent $136 for 5 ppl.

The whole point of going to Texas Roadhouse for the first time what's to celebrate our son's 18th birthday. Before going into the restaurant I called and I told them that it was my son's birthday and if they did anything special and they said yes to let the hostess or server know.
I did sign up for the waitlist online it said 0 to 10 minutes as soon as I walked in the door we were seated no wait. As we were getting seated I let the hostess know that we had a birthday in our group and he would like the ice cream instead of the brownie. She said okay.
Are server was great she let us know everything about the menu. She would come back every once in awhile to make sure that we were doing okay as were other employees to make sure we were doing good.
The food five stars absolutely delicious we had the ribs the salmon the 12 oz steak cheeseburgers. If you like mushroom and onions definitely get your food smothered!!
After we paid our bill still in the table nothing happened regarding the birthday dessert or now I know something to do with an electrical bull ride never happened we let the server know that it was his birthday again she said okay it did look like they got more busy we waited probably another 8 minutes nothing ever happened so we just left.

But again it was frustrating after letting them know two times before mainly the hostess that night.

I have to give a shout-out to this Texas Roadhouse because I’ve somehow ended up eating here almost every night for the past week (yes, I should probably start cooking at home again). The staff is fantastic — Ali and Austin, in particular, are absolute rock stars and always on top of their game.

The food lineup here is dangerously good. I’m a big fan of the prime rib, the thick-cut 12 oz New York strip (not technically on the menu, but they make it), and the pork chops. And yes, the prime rib blows away the version served by that other so called famous “down under” place. On lighter nights, the grilled chicken salad has become my go-to.

But let’s be honest — no Texas Roadhouse visit is complete without the legendary dinner rolls and honey butter. I’ve watched more than a few people insist they don’t want rolls, only to cave five minutes later and sheepishly ask the server for a basket. They’re that good, and yes you can get an extra basket and take them home.

Overall, this TRH delivers consistently great food, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere — clearly enough to keep me coming back night after night.

Definitely the best stake restaurant in town. I love the bred cocktails and for course they stakes. Price is also a big go go. You wouldn't have to brake the pig to visit with the family.

I got the lowest quality steak, and it tasted AMAZING. Cooked to perfection! Everything tasted solid, besides the Mac and cheese and the white gravy lol They danced, the waitress we had was amazing. Kind woman!

Long Island iced tea needed more alcohol but gosh, it tasted great. The bread and sweet butter is on point.

Chicken fried steak felt like it needed to cook a little longer, but it was so juicy and tender. Solid flavor, just needs better gravy! Pricing was, with tip, under $60 for two.
