My new favorite Thai restaurant! I felt like I was privileged to have dinner in a family home. The service was welcoming, and the food was DIVINE.

I was so excited to try this place so one day I ordered all my usual Thai favorites for pick up. I went in to pick up and upon entering there is a front table but it’s empty I then curiously made my way to the back of the restaurant to find someone who didn’t greet me first which I thought was off but anyway I greeted her and told her I was there for pick up. She handed me the food and didn’t say thank you or anything.
The food was great! I didn’t even think about the fact that the service sucked picking up. Everything was so delicious so I was definitely going back!
Fast forward 1 month later. I had been craving ever since I first tried but this time I wanted to dine in. I walk in and again I see nobody in the front but there were other people waiting looking at menus so I decided to do the same. 10 min later nobody came and I decided I’ll come another day.
Still thinking about how good the food was it was on my mind to go back so yesterday I had extra time and I walk in to sit and eat. I’m standing there again empty front counter area so I look around and come to realize they are self seating tables and you scan the barcode then order. Ok cool I do that. 15 min past and still nobody comes out. Then maybe 5 min later someone comes with water and my Thai tea but doesn’t greet me just says “how many” asking how many plates I needed so I answer just 1 and he hands me the plate and my drink. So odd there is no greeting no “here you go your food will be right up” nothing! Whatever though maybe it’s just him. I then wait for my food. The girl who came out to hand it to me was a little nicer but still not the greatest customer service. She hands me my food and walks away.
I eagerly jump in. Once again got all my favorites that I had been thinking of since the first time. Except this time the food didn’t taste so great. It didn’t have much flavor like the first time I had it. Though I already paid and it’s not terrible so I eat. As I’m eating I’m thinking maybe they’ll come ask me if I want desert as the desert I wanted wasn’t on the menu to order but nobody ever came. No “How’s everything tasting” no “do you need boxes” no “can we get you anything else” so weird like why even have a dine in area!??? So I find myself to the back again and ask for boxes the girls points and says “they are there you can just grab them” I am so confused like zero customer service there. I have never had such bad customer service and the fact that the food was not consistent was not a great experience.
If I ever go back to try the food once more (hopefully it’s as good as the first time) I will definitely not dine in. It was so terrible! They need better customer service there and more consistent tasting food. Definitely have someone in the front greeting you or at least to tell you how their ordering works. Do better Block 9 Thai please! You’re so close to me that I would love to go often but not if the service sucks and the food isn’t consistently good.

Came here based on reviews and was a bit disappointed. It IS a charming little place and the service is great and friendly. However, I ordered the yam woon sen and was slightly disappointed with the portion. It had two medium shrimp on top, about a cup of cooked noodles, ground chicken —not much—and some halved grape tomatoes with the usual added garnishes. The let down was with the price for what I got. The flavor was good, the service was good, but too pricey for what I received. Mango and sticky rice for dessert was good.

Most flavorful dishes. We had Paad Thai, papaya salad, red curry, fresh rolls and sticky mango rice. All of it was delicious. June, our server, was delightful.☺️ Reasonablely priced.

Thai House is BETTER $10 lunch specials with soup spring roll and wonton from 11-3 pm. Here at Thai Thai no lunch specials and the food is okay Compared to THAI HOUSE! They use ground chicken instead of actual cut chicken pieces!

Good overall menu. Tasty food and good service. Lunch menu is good with plenty of choices. Update, they have removed their lunch menu, so expect full price options only. A bit pricey for what you get, unfortunately. Still great food.

I ordered the Thai fried rice with chicken, pot stickers and sticky rice. I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact I ordered sticky rice and they gave me steamed rice. I was too far away to have them replace the order. Despite the mistake the thai fried rice with chicken and the potstickers were great. I can't rate the sticky rice since it wasn't in the bag with what I ordered.

My husband and I dined in. We tried Thai Thai for the first time tonight and were blown away! we’ve tried several Thai restaurants in Las Vegas and this is by far the best!! Even better than a popular one that is down the street. The service was phenomenal. Our server was so sweet. She had that attention to detail and care that you rarely find nowadays. She even gave us complimentary coconut ice cream that is made in house. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had eating out in a long time. I cannot say enough great things about Thai Thai restaurant! Absolutely delicious!

The atmosphere of this restaurant is very warm and welcoming. It appears to be family run. The employees were very nice and respectful. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, very delicious and very nicely coated in sauce. One main thing when I get Pad Thai at restaurants is it's very dry and the noodles don't have much sauce. This was not the situation here at Thai Thai. It was deliciously prepared. I look forward to my next dining experience and prehaps will try some other menu items.

The food is amazing. If you ask for spicy, you're going to get it. I'm consistently satisfied with the consistency of quality. I don't know how they do it, but if the dish has egg in it, you're in for a treat. The egg is always so light and fluffy in texture. This is our go-to, and it never disappoints. Dining in, the service is top-notch. I'm always impressed by the small details when doing carry out. Order egg rolls, and the corners of the package are cut off to let the steam out. They are still hot and crunchy when you get home. We love the pineapple curry and order it to take out a lot. I appreciate the cardboard at the bottom of the bag to give everything stability and prevent spilling. We are blessed with many Thai places in Henderson, but this is our go-to. You won't be disappointed.

I placed an order for pepper steak, curry fried rice, beef jerky, and Pad Thai. We couldn't stop eating for the pictures. But the foods are super delicious and well made. I bet they are truly authentic. I took out beef jerky for my son. It was thick but soft so he could eat without any issue with his braces. When I tried their food in the restaurant, I feel like I was home being taken care by my family. I feel cozy and calm with great foods. I will return ASAP.
