Had a great birthday brunch here. 10/10 food and service.

It was supposed to be a complete Thanksgiving Dinner!!!!! We were there at 1pm on Thursday! 1pm! The dinner was brought out , at which time we were notified that the restaurant was out of stuffing! No stuffing with the dinner! Had we been notified of this beforehand, we would not have stayed! The meal came with no cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, or dinner rolls! We had to ask for each item, which was then brought out in small amounts! After demanding to see the (non existent) manager, the "waitress" returned to say that that she could take 50% off the bill. Not too bad, I thought. Well, she took 50% off the price of ONE dinner, or $12.50! What a total joke! We even had to tell the waitress that a piece of pie was included in the price! What she brought out was a small, tasteless piece of pie! A perfect ending to this joke of a meal! One person in our group ordered an omelet. 2 dried up eggs in an omelet! We had to tell the waitress that there was no toast with the omelet! You should get the message by now! The food in this place stinks! The service stinks! Stay away from this steaming mess of a "restaurant" at all costs! I forgot to mention that only one other table was occupied. Imagine if this place was actually busy! As other people arrived and ordered, the waitress was not telling anyone that they were out of stuffing! TOTAL JOKE! I hope the management of the Bullet Train had a good family meal before they came to work, because they were never going to get one at this dump! Never again!

The food here is always terrific and quite reasonably priced. They were pretty busy, so service was a little slow, but the servers were friendly and efficient. Definitely one of our go to restaurants.

The serving staff are literally the best. I'll be honest I would stay at the Holiday Inn, eat her and Uver to the strip instead of staying downtown. Kayla is the best but Chere is a close second.

If you're the owner and reading this, pay them more because I'm telling you I would stay in your hotel, play at your casino, eat at your restaurant because of these ladies. They're the reason people come here, not you.

I enjoyed my Smash Cheeseburger but my husband had an Ortega Melt. The service takes a long time for average food, so come before you're hungry. No complaints but we were very patient.

My wife and I both love Bullet Train mostly because of the staff that work there. We absolutely adore Alexis and think Shannon do a great job at making people feel welcomed. Go when Sergio is cooking because Sergio is the bomb!!

The staff is so great & friendly. The food was delicious and prices are fantastic. Great coffee. Definitely coming back.

It's stinky in here. The coffee and food are absolutely awful. They couldn't find the cream and when they finally did it was spoilt. The service was friendly and kind by unfortunately very slow, disorganized and inefficient.

Loved eating here. Super friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was great (the potatoes were immaculate!). And the price was super affordable. We got a 20% coupon from staying at the hotel and we got 2 of the jackpot breakfast and the total was less than $11. Highly recommend
