Went for a birthday dinner with the family. Food is always pretty good. Waitress was amazing and on point with refills food anything we could need. We always enjoy coming here for the cheesecake.

Walked up to the hostess told her for 2 she then asked if we wanted to eat outside because indoors was a 10 minute wait and outdoors we could be seated and seen immediately, we sat outdoors were not approached by a waiter/waitress for almost 15 minutes finally we ordered what we wanted and ate, im not sure if it was the chicken In the fettuccine or the cucumber salad I ate but for the next 4 hours I was throwing up breakfast lunch and dinner, not going to be going back to this location sad because it was my wife's first time at a cheesecake factory.

Dear Cheesecake Factory Corporate Team,

I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I recently had at your green valley restaurant.

On [date], I visited for breakfast and ordered my usual two Belgian waffles with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. After taking my order, my server returned and quoted me the total price in a way that suggested she was questioning whether I could afford it. This was deeply embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially as I did not see her treat any other guests this way.

Wanting to resolve the matter constructively, I called the restaurant the next day and spoke with the manager, Ms. Fabiola Rosas. While describing my experience, I admittedly used strong language out of frustration, but it was never directed at her personally. Unfortunately, she stated she felt “disrespected,” refused to assist me further, and ended the conversation by only giving me a corporate number that, when I called, no one answered.

As a loyal Cheesecake Factory guest who has always enjoyed your food and atmosphere, I found both the initial incident and the lack of support afterward very disappointing. I am bringing this to your attention in the hope that appropriate steps can be taken—whether through staff training or follow-up—to ensure no other customers feel singled out, embarrassed, or dismissed in this way.

I would greatly appreciate a response from someone at the corporate level regarding this matter.

Just a short wait to get a table (10 minutes) as we hadn't booked. All of the staff were friendly and the meal was really tasty, with lots of different options to suit different appetites. We got the cheesecakes to go as we were full up, these were amazing! Definitely recommend!

Nick is really one of the most genuine bartenders in all of vegas. He’s caring. Smart. Mixes a badass drink with a genuine smile. Anyone would be lucky to have him. Thank you Nick!!!

Cheesecake factory has gone down hill. Although menu is 14 pages long, most foods are fried and lacking any taste. It used to be a nice restaurant but now it is a disappointment. Much better options out there.

I had the best birthday lunch at The Cheesecake Factory, all thanks to our incredible server, Keenan S. He went above and beyond to make the day feel special — attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire visit. The food was delicious as always, but Keenan’s service truly made it unforgettable. Thank you for making my celebration so memorable. Can’t wait to come back!

Love it or not, the Cheesecake Factory in Henderson stays busy because it has something for everyone. The menu is massive, the cheesecakes are indulgent, and the service is consistent. Locals use it for everything from casual dinners to family celebrations, and it always delivers a dependable experience.

John celebrated his 77th at our favorite ❤️ restaurant for “strawberry shortcakes!” But, today John gets to choose the dessert we usually share 💕 💕 💕 We love coming to “the District,” especially to the Cheesecake Cake factory! Our waitress was EXTRA-SPECIAL, as usual 💜 🎂 💜
