Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was good and restaurant was clean.

Saw a couple of flies hanging around our table, but it happens, I guess.

Really disappointed, we ordered for pick up chicken bellagios which we love, but when we got home to celebrate father's day we notice none of them had the parmesan sauce, even in notes i asked for extra, but they had none. Sadly we live far and going back was going to take us an hr.

Food was subpar.

Ashley helped me get the cheese cake I needed made sure it was perfect for the birthday party I was going to.

Came to this location on Saturday, May 31st after receiving no acknowledgement or service at Red Robin, and then Buffalo Wild Wings (Galleria Mall locations), but after I got there, waited about 5 minutes and was seated...ordered a diet soft drink, tex-mex eggrolls w/avacado and salsa, and a asian chicken salad...

Service was good as staff made sure my drink was topped off and asked me if I wanted dessert which I got (chocolate truffle cake and a glass of milk)...

Left the server a $40 tip...

Went to dinner here with my cousin and her husband. We were able to sit in a quieter area of the restaurant in a nice booth.
We ordered some ice teas and one hot water with lemon slices.
I ordered the beet and avocado salad with chopped lettuce instead of arugula. I also ordered the chicken picatta, without faro. We also ordered a Cuban sandwich and another chicken piccata entree.
Everything came within 20 minutes after ordering. Everything tasted delicious. Since I'm a rewards member, I ordered my free slice of cheesecake. Coconut cream cheesecake. My husband says it's delicious but very rich in flavor. We love going to the cheesecake factory to meet friends and family or just have a nice meal as a couple. 👍

Parking: Parked a bit of a distance away. Busy Friday evening at this shopping center area. Within 5 minutes, walking distance to front door of restaurant.

CAN’T CHEESECAKE FACTORY BE MORE SANITARY???

As you can see from the picture, all Cheesecake Factory restaurants place the cutlery right on the table.

That is the same cutlery you place in your mouth. The table is where people place money (for tips), spray saliva when talking, and phlegm when coughing, you get the idea…

Although I've been to TCF on multiple occasions, this location was my first visit. The wait time was like 3 mins, great! The waiter was very polite and observant, wonderful! And the food was delicious, so happy! I didn't order my usual (shrimp scampi), just a little something because it was late. So Chicken Taquitos it was! So good!

Now, on the other hand, the women's restroom, not so great. I know that's not where we eat but it is where we wash hands and freshen up b4 and after the meal. Other than that, I would visit this location again!

This is a very popular place but they were able to seat us within a half hour at 6 pm on a Saturday night without reservations. Our waiter was excellent and the food was good so I recommend trying it out if you never have. Be prepared to spend money though. After the tip our bill was $95 for 2 entrees, 1 appetizer that we shared, and 1 soda to drink.
