Never coming back to this place that literally charges for everything! Won’t give free water cups, make you purchase a soda cup. They say you get 2 free sauces with a meal but charge more for ONLY ranch dipping. The meals are already not cheap! I hate places that take advantage of customers. Place will probably be closed down soon. Place was empty.

Ashley was super awesome! After having a couple so-so experiences at the restaurant coming in and being greeted with her service was a nice redo! She worked expeditiously even with a large amount of customers on the weekend when I arrived. Will be back due to the friendly atmosphere she provided.

#1 Over priced. #2 they lost my food. I was ther for 27 min and they couldn't find it. They found it just sitting in the back and gave it to me cold. Didnt offer me anything or to re make it. $45 for 2 tender meals and one side.
First time getting chicken shack, I feel like the wings are larger than other places I’ve been to! The fries are also really good. Ashley at the front was great. She let me try the sauce I was going to order first to make sure I liked it. Overall 10/10 place !
