I would choose zero stars if it let me... the chili cheese fries were awful, extremely salty, chili tasted old and canned. The fries were definitely not the ones on the picture, no flavor at all... the sauce for the wings looked like they just poured it in there, didn't even bother mixing it. Tasted awful as well. Avoid this place if you can cuz I have no clue how people actually enjoy this 👎👎

I decided to take my food in and get a refund both the cashier and the manager was extremely nasty to me and didn't care that they were either. She threw my money at me.

This is the first time I've tried this place. I'm not at all impressed! The fries are horrible, the portion size is minimal, and even the soda lacks in taste! My wife suggested this place to me, but found out this place has changed. No more shoestring fries and the chicken used to be quality, both taste and portion size. I for one will not be returning to this place ever again! I'm going to Caines and Popeyes! Lesson learned

Wow talk about a long fall from grace.. this used to be a place to go and get a huge meal of chicken fingers and a basket of fries for a great value. I know inflation happens so I understand the increased prices. That wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for everything you get being half the size!?!? Chicken fingers are now half the size, sauces are 50% smaller. It’s a real shame to see a place I loved go so downhill. Unfortunately this will be the last time coming back. There's just better options out there now… R.I.P

The cashier on Friday, January 3rd, at 10- 1015pm, wanted me to confirm that the payment was processed by verifying it through my bank app, even though it said it was approved on the pos. It is a privacy concern to ask for this information. Please train your cashier's not to do this in the future.

Went there to pick up my online order at the sunset road and mountain vista location between 6-7 pm on December 6, 2024. The girl working the counter allowed my food to sit there and get cold while every other customer who came in before and after me got their food from her. When she finally acknowledged my existence she handed me my bag and said they had to wait for the Mac and cheese - something she COULD HAVE told me as I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for her to say SOMETHING to me!!! So while I was made to wait, the rest of my order of chicken fingers and fries got cold and soggy and disgusting. All to wait for Mac and cheese, the thing that should have been ready at the same time as everything else. Horrible experience. Awful restaurant. Terrible food. Poor service. Miserable attitudes. Rude employees especially the girl at the counter. She provided the WORST, most god-awful customer service I’ve ever had and desperately needs to be spoken to and retrained IMMEDIATELY or else she will sink this pathetically operated and staffed restaurant. Very very very small pieces of chicken for the amount of money they charge (5 tiny chicken strips, fries, small Mac n cheese, small chili, and a bottle of root beer for $44! I could’ve got that at Wendy’s for half the price). Avoid this place like the plague. everything I ordered was garbage and that’s exactly where it ended up. Total waste of time and money. I will never eat at this place again.
I don't like to leave reviews at all let alone a slightly negative review on a place that actually serves pretty good food but damn have their portions gotten smaller since I was last there. They're chicken tenders are tiny!!! When I say tiny i mean smaller than Cane's chicken fingers. Last time I was there the one thing that put this place over the top was the size of their fingers I received. I guess it's just typical of everything that goes on these days.... providing the consumer smaller size while charging more money. What a shame!

Must have had changed food vendors lately. Chicken fingers are the size of a house key. Order was wrong, chicken was gummy. Use to be REALLY good and juicy. Now it’s trash. Switch back to old style fingers.

I have been coming to this location for close to a decade, but they have diminished greatly in the last couple of years (especially since this location was seemingly absorbed with the rest of the valley locations). The prices have nearly doubled since 2018, and now the portions have been severely reduced. The chicken tenders are now less than half the size of what they were just a year ago, but they still have the nerve to charge $15 for 5 fingers with fries and a tiny drink. It's a shame, because the quality itself is good, but is just extremely overpriced for the amount of food you actually get.
