The coffee was good but the employees don’t seem to know how to use their POS system. They weren’t sure how to get the same coffee on the menu into the system and had to charge more for the same drink on the menu.

Had a hot americano and a cinnamon roll, coffee was decent, cinnamon roll was very nice, had a special texture and was not swimming in frosting, which I liked.

Was shocked by all the bad reviews. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here. During my visits the service was adequate and the workers were friendly. They always have great seasonal drinks. The ambience/atmosphere here is the best part - the outdoor seating makes this one of the best places in Vegas to have coffee outside. Is it in a nicely shaded area for the hotter times of the year.

Coffee bean is my go to coffee place! I’m obsessed with their coffee specifically the hazelnut latte. I can’t compare it to any of coffee shop!

Great coffee joint. Made our drinks pretty fast even with it being busy. Barista was super kind and nice. Also a big plus was great private bathrooms ?

Great coffee place, always great drinks and relaxed atmosphere.. unlike some national competition, where they don't offer inside seating and keeps people divided. They are Very welcoming

I want to start by saying most of the staff here seems friendly. But there is one cashier here who goes out of her way to be rude and condescending toward me every time I visit this location. Will never give this place my money again as long as this person works there.

As a regular customer who comes in daily during the week, this location and staff are great. One person in particular who is ALWAYS pleasant, fun, engaging, and sweet is Sereine. She knows my drink, will sometimes make it quick even if she's on/going on a break, and is friendly/kind. Coffee shops can be a stressful environment for the staff with different people coming in, all types of requests, and challenging personalities, but, Sereine always has a smile on her face and is ready to help. So a big THANK YOU to Sereine for always being the type of staff that a customer wants to engage with and the reason I come to this location regularly.

Wish I could give a higher review if only because the staff was so patient and helpful despite the circumstances. The AC at this location is not working, I can't stress how terrible this must be for the employees during a record breaking heat wave. I hope the management will sort this issue as soon as possible.
Edit 7/28/24 Air Conditioning is still not fixed. Yikes

HORRIBLE management, & that's the polite way of putting it!! It's truly a shame that such a great location is managed/supervised by such abhorrent individuals, & if the thought even crosses your mind for a fraction of a second that this might possibly be a good place to work, please think twice!! They will promise you the brass ring to get you through the door ( that is, if the HR department doesn't take 2 weeks to process you because they somehow don't have any record of you already submitting the required documents). Absolute favoritism shown, & if you're not on that list, nothing you have to say ( much less the effort you put into your work) , matters. They do NOT embrace diversity as they so claim to, & it's no wonder why half of the other baristas looked miserable. The management team at this location gives CBTL a bad name, & considering the fact that many other awful reviews have been posted about management here( & by patrons), I think it's very safe to say that poses a problem!!
There are quite a few other CBTL'S in Las Vegas to apply at, & with management that actually cares about their employees, just steer clear of this particular one! You will not be heard if there's any problems, especially if it's in regards to one of management's favorites. All you will be told is how wrong you are, & how bad your attitude is from the get-go. Ridiculous & petty to say the least, don't waste your time.

It always feels like they are understaffed for the amount of traffic. I've been here in the evening a couple of times and the people working are helpful and kind, albeit stressed. The chaos seems like a problem and I'd love to see the staff happier.
