Good service, good food, good drink. They took orders at one door and you pick them up at another door, since there is no in-house seating. It felt like a smooth process. I had an iced chai and a cream cheese danish (DELICIOUS).

Starbucks is long forgotten after coming here. Got my caffeine in a chill and beautiful place from a lovely person, my day was made.

Because this location doesn't have a drive through, I stop in when I have time to sit down and relax or am meeting a friend. Seating inside is comfortable and there always seems to be a table or chair available. Plus, the best part is there is this really nice outdoor patio/courtyard that overlooks Eastern and has numerous tables where I can enjoy the beautiful weather. The employees are really friendly and the drinks taste great. The only negative would be it does take several minutes to get the drinks, so I account for the extra time when I visit this location.

Aside from the drinks being wonderful (which they are), the staff is outstanding! I was recently feeling a little under the weather and in search of some soothing tea, stopped by to see what they offered. The ladies working in the morning were beyond wonderful. They made me feel truly cared for, which is exactly what you need when you're not feeling so hot. Thanks for the stellar service!!

Every time I come here they never honor the specials that Coffee Bean sends out in their emails. They always say management doesn't participate. Very frustrating. Drinks are too sweet even when ordered 1/2 sweet. Don't know if I'll come again.
I love this place so much! We do not have Coffee Bean places in Florida that I know of, so I'm excited to have some yummy coffee this morning. The iced coffee and the butter croissant are delicious. They had a summer sale going on so I was pleasantly surprised about it. They also have FRIENDS inspired Perk coffee for sale too, so we will be bringing that back home with us.

I have been to this location for quite some time (since 2011/2012), and after what I experienced I will never come back. (Lengthy review- short review at the bottom) I asked the same barista if there are any sugar free flavors. Her conversation with me was very dull to say the least. "Sugar free mocha. Sugar free vanilla." I already got the clear message that this young lady was not having a good day, or something might have been bothering her. I let it go. At this point, I try to be cheerful and I still say thank you and smile. Nothing was reciprocated.

I have been coming here since this place has opened. I came in once and Shannon got me hooked on the earl grey tea latte. Over the years I have had the best service and the employees have always gone out of their way to provide me with the best service. Tess and Alex are the A-Team and I consider them great friends now. Also...Tina,Amber, Lexie, and Anthony are experts at what their jobs...Give them a try!! Thanks for all you do!!! And putting up with my craziness!!
