Found this place and really liked it. Purchased several gift cards as holiday gifts and some for myself and they closed days later. Have tried calling their corporate office on multiple occasions to get info but just get put in the accounting manager’s voicemail and she never responds. Totally got burned by a place I was hoping could replace the big coffee company. Really stinks.

It is my favorite stop when I’m home and need a good cup of coffee! I’m always greeted with a happy voice and they will always suggest what is a good option for what I’m in the mood for! I don’t always order traditional coffee and I have some seemingly whacky ideas and they can always get it to be great! I ask for a barista favorite and try them out! Obviously, they always have good taste! And of course everyone that works here has always treated me very kindly and extremely friendly. I hope you guys open back up soon. The lattes are amazing and they put a free chocolate covered espresso bean on top of the cup for free, great touch. The ladies that work there are very nice and makes for a refreshing morning coffee experience. Great job Human Bean down with Starbucks and go bean!

This is our go-to place when we are in town. It's a must stop, and the drinks are fantastic. Can't go wrong with any choice. The staff is also very friendly and always making sure everyone is happy with their orders.

I have been going to the Henderson location on Lake Mead for about 4 years and love the lavender latte with macadamia nut milk and bagel dog along with the chocolate covered expresso beans. I used to go to the location in North Las Vegas when I worked in the area and always loved the staff and coffee. It was my go-to coffee place over any other.I downloaded the app per the recommendation of one of the staff at the Henderson location so that I could earn rewards. Everything went well for a while, and then the app stopped working. I mentioned this to one of the staff, and they advised that customers were having issues with the app and recommended starting a new account, which I did. It was denied immediately, and that is where the fun began. I sent an email through the contact area of the app and got a very abrupt message back indicating that there was fraud action on the account and that any attempt to open a new account would be blocked. In other words, I was not allowed to use the app ever! When I sent additional messages asking about this as I was never notified of any fraud, I received the same answer. I then went through the website and sent a message and received the same vague unexplained answer, which made me feel like a criminal. I sent a final message that I would no longer frequent any Human Bean location and received no reply. A real shame that a simple app issue with no resolution would cause the loss of a customer who picked up coffee and food 2-3 times a week. Shame on you!
