We frequent this Lodge about once a month. Probably not any more. The food is good, however no one EVER says hello upon entering and unless you are gambling you are an inconvenience. The manager Brian does nothing but chit chat with the pretty bar tenders, on his phone and has a foul mouth! What a put off! We always sit at the end of the bar, order food & drinks to watch the sports & the only person we speak to is the gal taking our order. Even when the bar tender hands our drinks to us… nothing… no hello, no attempt to connect. We would probably stay longer & order more but why? They obviously don’t care. A disgrace to service workers & no attempt to create repeat customers! I’m in the service industry here in Vegas for many years.. this place is disappointing… c’mon guys! Treat your customers like you care!!

Im a server/bartender in the industry for 14 years so I really am lenient and understanding when it comes to dining out because I get how it goes.. but anyway. My husband and I live next to the lodge and have since it was built. We normally go to the bar at st rose and Bermuda. The bartenders there are so kind and wonderful to us every time we go whether we gamble or not and we always tip extra. We are not big drinkers and work swing shift so we get food sometimes after wotk. Since we exhausted the menu at the bar we thought we'd give the lodge a try. Okay to start the bartenders we're off putting and treated us like we were a burden to them and they gave all their attention to the patrons on the machines gambling. I get it.. that's where your bigger tips come from but I have to tell you its a massive slap in the face as again i am in the industry and I always give excellent service to all my guests no matter how much they spend.. so coming in to eat here after a long shift and being treated like im not important and ignored because im not gambling... is just wild when we did interact with the bartenders it was like they were being super fake nice like they were forced to serve us and had no choice? we ordered the shrimp and calamari, garlic parm wings , and a quesedilla. It took 55 minutes to come out.... and at that time we were the only ones who ordered food..... waiting almost an hour was wild ... then when it came out the calamari and shrimp was ice cold .. the chicken bacon quesdilla had almost no cheese and crumbled apart. It was drier than the Sahara desert And we had no sauce to dip the calamari and shrimp in and I had to flag them down like a mad woman to get something to dip it in.. the one thing I will give them was the wings were good. Good flavor. Not too crispy or soggy and flavorful. Then my husband met a nice guy sitting next to him and they started to have a blast playing some songs they enjoyed and we were having a blast. (They have a juke box and you pay money on an app to play songs you would like to hear) . TWICE my husband paid for two songs to be played and the bartenders started getting annoyed and angry at our song choice and forcibly turned both songs off after about 10 seconds of them playing after we paid to play them.... im sorry but why do you have a juke box and charge us money so we can play songs that we want to listen to and because you dont like what we're playing you cancel them? Thats wild... why do you work at a bar with a Juke box if you're going to turn off the songs your guests want to hear and then get nasty about it ? Lol like at least refund us... obviously we will not be back.. we will go back to the bar where they have way better food and service.

I love the Lodge. From their breakfast, to grilled chicken salad to their wings, they're food is delicious, the meals are cooked to order and served quickly. Their staff are welcoming, personable, fun while being professional. In a nice atmosphere with tvs to catch the games, always great music in a peaceful environment.

This place is so close to my house that I wish their food was better and unfortunately I've stopped there twice both times late at night when I was hungry and on my way home. I mean how do you even screw up a salad? And one time I called to place a to-go order midnight and they told me they were no longer solving food. I walked right in from the parking lot magically and behold. They're serving food and it was gross. I just have learned not to go back and it's sad because I could have been a regular being next door and all.

Such an awesome local bar… Lodge at SR has been our go to spot ever since we moved to the area. Jared and his staff are the _best_. We’ve gotten to know quite a few of the bartenders and servers over the years and they’re top notch!! Perfect spot for lunch, late night eats, whatever!
