My wife and I have been a customer at the oyster bar in sunset station for 15 years. Went last friday. I ordered a couple starters and then we ordered main dish. Server broght the starters and my wifes meal but never brought my meal. He delivered the bill and said I took off the meal since I didnt bring it and walked away. Is this service? Hello manager? Hello? You are losing a 15 year customer. Do you care?

Very disappointed have been going to this restaurant for years. They have cut back so far it is disappointing. Ordered clams and linguini. They cut back very hard on the clams in this dish. We won’t be coming back to the Oster Bar anytime soon. Very disappointing because we have been eating in this restaurant for years.

What an amazing place to spend time with my aunt and uncle while I’m here on vacation! The oyster bar in Sunset Station has a wonderful atmosphere with exceptional employees!
My aunt and uncle, and myself all suffer from sarcasm disease! It truly never is a dull moment with them, and our server “Troy“ fit right in and made our experience at oyster bar that much more enjoyable!
My uncle had the étouffé level six heat, my aunt had the oyster linguine with red sauce, and I had the oyster linguine with white sauce… The food was absolutely amazing, as was our entire experience. My sincerest, thanks to Troy and the rest of the staff at oyster bar For helping me treat my aunt and uncle to a wonderful dinner ❤️

Vegas Fitness Retreat
Second time here because both times our favorite, “The Brass Fork” waitlist was too long. Not a place where we would plan to go out, but after parking and getting into the casino, we had to eat somewhere besides the food court mid-afternoon. Julian, the chef and bartender handles most everything with hospitality excellence. Atmosphere is challenging due to the loud music and deafening waterfall features. However, we were able to sit in the most private corner away from the water. Food and beverage management at the Sunset Station would do well to staff the Brass Fork for the post church crowd.

I've been going to this oyster bar for as long as Sunset Station has been around. My Dad and I use to get a couple dozen oysters and a bowl of Clam Chowder. I miss those times with my Dad.. RIP "Pops"
