The food and the customer service we've received at Timbers is the best. Haven't had a bad meal or experience there. We were looking for a place to eat one night, stopped at Timbers on Saint Rose Pkwy in Henderson, and have been going there ever since. Everything we've tried so far has been just great.

This place shattered my tooth and knocked my implant out of place. They are letting food get cold and hard then dropping it back in the fryer to reheat it. You can tell by how rock hard the breading of the chicken is. Went back to see the food and yup they are serving smaller portions and they are rock hard. I asked for the bartender to get me new ones bc how hard and small they were and sure enough they came back out with golden new ones that were soft because they were actually made fresh. I'm missing work to go to the dentist tomorrow morning to get this fixed and will be talking to them about this. Look at the pictures and you can see how burnt the hard edge on the "chicken finger" is. These were tiny and mostly just burnt rock hard breading.

It was our first visit to Timbers and a great experience. As you walk in, ambiance is exceptional. Leather chairs, booths, real wood furniture, and unique decoration with suitable lighting. The menu is impressive, and it can cater to the appetite of even picky eaters. Cheeseburger was perfectly cooked, and it was served with nice condiments and sweet potato fries. The meat loaf was very well made, served over garlic bun, and the plate had sides of mashed potatoes with gravy and french beans. A real perfect meal. The star of the night was the friendly service provided by Erin. Another friendly person we met was Mr. Pat, a great host and a true gentleman. We spent a couple of hours at this place, having dinner, drinks, and playing games. We felt that we had been coming here for years, as if this was our neighborhood bar & grill. We will definitely stop by on our next visit to Vegas.

I came across Timbers by accident while waiting for a table for breakfast at Scrambled. Had a great breakfast, mimosa and service before they called me for a table. Best part- great for conversation. Returned with another friend today and not disappointed. Try it out!

Overall a pretty good visit!Erin our server did a pretty good job! She was diligent about checking up on us and also keeping the bartender timely when I came to our cocktails. We had a manager stop by and check on us as well! The ambiance seems a bit "cold" to me but it is about the concrete floor and hard surfaces and sound etc. the room itself is comfortable enough! TV's are easy to see and lighting was ample! Food was Solid! It came exactly as we " special" ordered it was hot and came out pretty quick.
