I have family in Henderson that I visit yearly. A few years ago when I came to town, I asked if there was a good place for sushi nearby. After some research, we decided to give Tokyo Boys a try. After my first visit there, I have made this a must-go spot every time I come visit. As I am from Wisconsin, there is no place nearby me that has sushi of this quality. The chef has years of experience and it shows. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I've even been recognized coming back after only doing so once a year. I cannot possibly give this place a higher recommendation. Fresh fish, beautiful presentation, care put into every bite, and delicious options for those not into sushi. Please, do yourself a favor and go to this incredible restaurant.

DING DONG WE HAVE A FIVE STAR CHAMPION! Excellent dinner. Fresh, fresh fresh. The Omakase Sashimi was fantastic, Wygu steak expensive but pure perfection. Desert was spot on. Don’t go there….RUN

We were absolutely blown away by our visit! Our server, Charlie, went above and beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. The chef’s omakase platter was phenomenal fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced. Every bite was bursting with flavor and creativity.

We’ve dined at several top-rated sushi spots around Henderson as well as Las Vegas, but this one truly stands out as one of the best. The quality, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. We left impressed and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend asking for Charlie and trying the omakase you won’t regret it! 🍣✨

We finally tried this place after reading the good reviews. This was alright but nothing special. If I was in the area, I may go back. There is an electric dated drive-in diner mixed with a Japanese restaurant. The food quality was good with slightly higher than average prices. We may return at some point.

I moved from LA and felt right at home when I found this gem. The spicy tuna roll is fabulous, it mixes traditional tuna and toro. Chef Hiro really cares about the quality of the fish I always order Kanpachi, Madai (Snapper), Benitoro (Aburi Salmon Belly) and Halibut and theyre just perfect. I love that it's in an old diner, the vibe is great it feels like you're walking into a super cool space that's refreshed with the food and the vibe. The music is great! Not too loud and always playing something cool from reggae, to jazz, to indie alternative. The staff is amazing and knowledgable, they also sell merch which I think is great cause the shirts are sick. It's just a cool spot and I feel right at home. The only thing I want is some Engawa, if chef adds that to the menu I would be delighted. Also I love the Agedashi Tofu and if you like hot dishes or are new to Japanese food the Bento Box is a great deal and the Agedashi Tofu is yummy! To each their own of course, I don't really order Philadelphia rolls or California rolls so if thats what you're looking for this may not be the review for you but when you order authentic sushi, Chef Hiro takes great care!

I usually opt for all you can eat sushi places because it's cheaper and there's so many options in Vegas.

This place has convinced me to spend the money for al la carte. I got the spicy tuna roll and roppongi roll. I loved that the tuna wasnt made into a paste like most places. The ponzu sauce on the specialty roll was very yummy as well.

I came purely for the ambience but the food was so good I will definitely be returning.

Turning an old diner into a sushi restaurant is such a cool concept and looked very natural. It was so cool they made the coffee bar a sushi bar.

Oh wow.. I’m so glad I tried this place!!!

I’ve been sleeping on Tokyo boys for a few years now and I finally gave them a shot. Huge win!! As a Henderson local, I am proud to say I’ve found my favorite sushi bar across town. Big shout out to chef HIRO San and his team. Arigato gozaimasu!!!

From the outside the place looks like an old school 50s diner and it probably was at some point. On the inside you are instantly greeted with a warm irasshaimase welcome. The place is clean, multiple tables, old school booths and large sushi bar seating, clean restrooms and plenty of dining room options. With NBA playoffs on, the TVs were a nice touch. At the time I was dining solo and was very comfortable.

The sushi quality was amazing, breathtaking, even mouthwatering as you lust on your next bite. Spot on quality with sources such as Kagoshima and ehime. Thank you for the Bluefin and kanpachi. Had several bites of sushi, couple of rolls and finished with a delicious matcha brûlée and black sesame panna cotta.

I highly recommend taking a trip over to Henderson just to check this place out and enjoy your time as the Tokyo boys cater the experience. Arigato gozaimasu!!!

Tried the place out for the first time. Atmosphere feels nice as an old diner setting. The staff were friendly and kept checking in on the customers.

The food tasted great but the prices could be better. Price to portion was a bit high. Sushi rolls were smaller in size than the typical sushi places in the area.

The veggie roll was pretty small but tasted fine. The spicy garlic edamame was ok but I like when it’s a bit more intense. Service was good and the restaurant is nicely kept and has a cool atmosphere. Over all I thought it was very pricey for what I got.
