Ordered a slice of pizza of the meat combo which was pretty good. They had a decent variety of other types. The lady at the counter wasn't over friendly. Tables in the food court in front of place

So I finally got a Reply to my Message, quite underwhelming and condescending. there was the explanation about the cost from the suppliers for "Quality" ingredients. Then I was told, "That said, we recognize not every style and price point works for everyone" which the snobbery was not lost on me. He is correct. Being Charged exorbitant prices for mediocre at best food is not for me. If nothing else, their customer service perfectly matches the poor quality of their food. Since You Don't reply to messages, I will have to leave this on a public forum. Hello, I went to your Simi Valley location when it first opened. the pizza was supposed to be NY Style, it was thick with skunky cheese and the sauce was nothing special plus overpriced. I went Back this afternoon, about 1 PM, to give them another try, figuring the first time was an off day for them . we were going to get a couple of slices. the place was empty and the plain cheese pizza looked rough like it had seen better days, plus it was $6.49 a slice. How do you justify your price. the Place we normally go to East Coast Pizza charges $6.99 for 2 Slices and a Soft drink plus they have good pizza. Is your restaurant trying to cover franchise fees or is it something else. I see no value there and there were no customers either. Just curious. Maybe your other locations are better?
We ordered a Sicilian with extra sauce. The crust was doughy, hardly any sauce at all, let alone double sauce. Not worth $38. Marco's ultimate manifico is 200% better for 1/3 the cost.
Terrible service, I don't recommend it.
The Slice House is my go to pizza place. No more cold delivery pizza for me. They have the best pizza in town and I love their crust. I have tried many of their pizzas and have not been disappointed, not even once.
We went to the Grand Opening of the Meridian Idaho Slice House. My family went in with tempered expectations knowing opening days are always rough. WOW were we blown away. We wanted to try it all, two pizzas, two salads, some wings, garlic bread, and hot honey sausage. We were told 45-50 minutes. We got our items in about 25 minutes and it was all correct, hot and the taste was amazing. We even were able to try the meatballs because the manager offered them up to us because someone did not pick up their order. They were amazing, the sauce is out of this world! The meatballs were so flavorful as well. Needless to say we have a ton of leftovers and are going to be very happy to be snacking for the next couple of days. Great job to all the members! You killed it yesterday. My family will tell everyone we know, because you guys blew it out of the park!
Customer service sucks but the pizza is bomb.

I think this is the best pizza I've ever eaten. I don't normally even care for deep dish style pizzas, but I absolutely love The Slice House's thick stuff. Nothing but the best ingredients and they really do respect the craft. Fan for life.
Slice House is another option for fans of Tony Gemignani and/or Pizza Rock. There is a location in the food court at Green Valley Ranch. The recipe at Slice House and Pizza Rock is exactly the same. The two main differences are Pizza Rock has many more styles of pizza to choose from vs Slice House offering just four. The benefit to Slice House is getting more pizza for a similar price. At Slice House I ordered at 20 inch pie vs 12 inches at Pizza Rock. For those that know a little math a 20 inch pie is nearly 3x bigger than a 12 inch pie. So for about $44 I basically get the exact same meal except 3x more pizza. So Pizza Rock is about service, atmosphere and a wider menu. Slice House is the same amazing quality and a bit more value.

Thank you Jimmy for the recommendation. Keep up the great work. Great food and great service
This is not pizza. This is burnt bread, with overcooked way too oily cheese, and a mouthful of bland sauce disguised as a decent meal. This is the type of food you would find in a homeless man's shopping cart. Swear to God you could make a better pizza at home with Thomas's English muffins. Save your pallet and eat the Panda next door.

The two gentlemen working on Thursday 3/6/25 around 5:30/6:00 PM have absolutely THE worst customer service. I went when there was no line! I stood on both sides of the counter for a good 2 minutes, made eye contact with BOTH the two working at the back, and didn’t bother to help me. No “I’m sorry mam, but we will be right with you”. How rude! Very unprofessional! Please acknowledge your customers if you want their business. The bigger Hispanic guy had the nerve to say, we didn’t see you. Please do not lie, you can’t miss me, because I was the only one there waiting to be helped. I brought this up to the manager of Pizza Rock, and hopefully something will be done. Thanks to the GV security for directing me to the owners of Slice House.

Shutting down when you have 10 people wanting pizza is absolutely stupid. I drove 20 mins to get there for a slice not to wait 20 more mins because of cheap management understaffing the places. Thanks for wasting my time. I used to bring out of towners here. Now I'm not coming back. Hours online says open but IS closed. I'm livid. This is unprofessional and merits someone getting fired.
