In many visits this was our worst experience. Short staffed and could not keep up with current demand yet they kept seating more people. Never did receive eveythibg we had ordered and waited over 25 minutes mid meal waiting for more food. They also raised prices. Now $56 per person

The service was terrible our appetizer were ice cold(supposed to be hot) and the server was so busy he never refilled our water or removed dirty plates.

We've eaten here every time we come to Vegas. It has been our spot, however, we won't be coming back. We learned today they increased their rate from 35 to 55 today. You are now forced to pay for additional meats that previously were optional. No longer worth it for me, which is unfortunate.

I would like to hope that our experience was not the norm. We had a party of seven for a work dinner. The pricing on their website apparently changed on January 1, but they did not update the pricing online so instead of $39 per person it was $59 per person. We did not find this out until we had already sat down as soon as you sit down your time limit starts. You are given one hour and 30 minutes to order, receive your food, cook your food, and eat. This normally would've been more than enough time, but service was incredibly slow getting the ordered items out to us. I would say we spent the majority of that hour and a half waiting on our food to be delivered so that we could cook and eat it. The quality of the food was very good and most of it was extremely tasty. But with the time limit and the increased cost, we did not get a good value for the money.

went for my daughter's wedding reception because she loves korean bbq. the ambiance made for a very jolly evening with good food. service was ok, it took 2 requests to get our drinks and a long time to get seated after reservation time. this is a great place for groups, they were so accommodating about our size chanes for our group. we had a great time but had to yell to hear each other.

Their food is really good, and very fairly priced if you're able to eat a lot lol my only complaint is, it could get a little loud at times. Other than that, it was a really good experience!!!

It took a long time for the server to come over to the table so we could place an order, I think there was only one server for a while. After we ordered she returned and only gave us one napkin each so we asked for napkins and drinks and water and then she didn't come back for a long time again. We ended up having to make requests to the bus girl who was very nice..... the biggest problem is while the customers waites the servers and the other employees were by the front register chit-chatting and then after that they all stayed at a table in the back and we're eating while all the customers waited for their service and their food. We think that Mr Kim's Korean BBQ is much better... the service is better and the food is better but I give it three stars because it was okay.

We have been here 4 times in the past and it was very very good. This time wow the polar opposite the food quality has diminished the condiments came in small little plastic shooter cups and enough for maybe 1 person there was 3 of us. We couldn’t get extra tongs because the waiter told us there not washed yet. The waiter said the rice will take 20 mins. But the best one is the waiter told us we have to make sure we want the hot sauce because it’s expensive. We asked for simple things throughout the meal had to ask different waiters they kept forgetting. All of us were never asked for a refill on our pops. Food quality terrible service lacking. We found out this place changed hands since last time we ate here. Bathrooms disgusting restaurant floors dirty. Makes sense now why such a 360 in every way from great to terrible new owner.

We went there and eat just me and my wife and daughter we seen my parents there with 2 of my family members they had a total of 4 and we had a total of 3 they sat us close at separate tables and my mom was being generous and paid for all of us and they charged her over $50 gratitude we argue with them and told them we wasnt even together we sat at different tables the guy gave us attitude saying we came in as a big group and its the law we paid this was such a rip off even tho we explain it was suppose to be seperate bills we told him to bill us seperate he came back with receipt saying on the paper that we had a party of 7 when it was just us 3 and my mom's receipt was a saying it was a party of 7 which she only had 4 people these waiters are money hungry my mom just ended up paying buy we will never go eat here ever again there worker are thieves with smirks on there faces as we left and its christmas eve horrible people BEAWARE

This was by far the worst dining experience we’ve ever had, and it completely ruined what was meant to be a Christmas gift from my daughter.

We had 7 people total dining, seated at separate tables, yet when the bill came we were shocked to see that the restaurant wrote down 14 people and added an extra $65 charge to our bill. Our total came out to $345, which my daughter paid as a Christmas gift for our family.

There was no explanation, no attempt to clarify, and no accountability when we questioned it. This was not only unfair, but extremely upsetting—especially since we had planned on leaving a generous tip.

Instead of feeling grateful, my daughter left in tears and I left feeling awful. Overcharging customers and inflating party size is unacceptable, dishonest, and unprofessional.

We will never return, and I strongly advise others to check their bill carefully before paying.

First time being there because it’s close to my house. We like to gamble in next door Barley’s, so we passed it almost every day, for Curiosity, we decided to give it a try.
Very disappointed: the bbq grill is very slow, we called the severs many many times, they all TRIED to fix it, but…
Service is also very slow, no severs would voluntarily came to ask us if we needed anything, they packed at the rear of the restaurant chattering, we had to waive to them or asked loud to get their attention, but, food and beverages sent to our table like turtle delivered
Food quality is so so, no better than we bbq in our backyard!
We were half filled then didn’t be allowed to order anything because the restaurant only allowed eating time is 2 hours…

I had a table just for me. All throughout my dinner all i had was 1 piece of tiny napkin. I may not be a messy eater. But what if i was. That tiny napkin wouldnt do anything. My corncheese took forever because the servers actually forgot about it. I would understand if the place was super busy. The server saw my hand up couple of times and ignored it and passed it on the other server. At the end i was also waiting for the calamari, after waiting for a while i had told the server all i want is the strawberry icecream and the bill. Good thing the icecream came quick. Then the server had said while giggling “you still want the calamari?” Like bruh you know how you treated me walked off after paying and still tipped them. Couldve been a better tip if they gave a better service. But the servers didnt care. I wasnt being difficult just to disclose that

Fist time there with family of 7 no kids, automatic gratuity. Shred with the hostess that it was our fist time and she do not tell the waiter and the waiter didn't ask. They took our order, it took a while and then when the food go there they brought everything and just put everything in no order in the table raw, pork, beef, and shrimp zero explanation, no confirmation of my food allergy that is in my app. It was crazy. I had to get up and ask a different waiter to get forks for the table. Very disappointing I share with waiter her apologized and tried to make it up he did better.

When you upgrade your grilling to the premium they disappear and you don't get your value as you can only order a certain amount. When you go to order more and they don't show up and you order more to make sure they got you order in, they charge you for not eating it. They don't give you enough tongs so cross contamination is unavoidable.
