Ridiculous you would have only1 person to manage this place. What is wrong with the management to allow something like this. Need at least 2 employees.

Typically, it takes a while to get the food or drink you ordered. For instance, shop was empty, I ordered a Chia Banana at 3:12, and received it a 3:28.

I'm giving this place a 4 because I DON'T give a 5 star but me giving a 4 is like giving a 5 so that's a REALLY GOOD THING. They have a mentally challenged young gentleman that work's here and he made my smoothie REALLY GOOD.... I traveled A LOT and been to A LOT of tropical smoothies and HONESTLY I THINK THIS IS THE BEST SMOOTHIE I'VE EVER HAD.... I don't remember his name but he was a REAL ANGEL. PLEASE KEEP HIM.... NOTE TO OWNER BLESS YOUR HEART and thank you for NOT discriminating again the different folks. I'm on permanent disability because of my disability so it HIT HOME when I saw someone with special needs given a chance to work and earn their own money so again THANK YOU.... I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.... THIS IS NOW MY FAVORITE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

Today around 2:00pm I placed an order of açaí bowl. I asked for NO BANANAS and NO BLUEBERRIES. Instead of the bananas and blueberries, I asked if she could replace it with STRAWBERRIES instead on the side. I get home and I have bananas and blueberries on the side instead of the strawberries that I asked for. I called to speak with the manager Tracy to let her know that my order was wrong and that I’ll be back. She says okay we’ll fix it. I get there and she comes to the front yelling at me. She says “This is your 4th time doing this, this will be the last time I’ll do anything for you.” I said mam everything I’m telling you is on the receipt”.. I told her I asked for no bananas and no blue berries and she says “no you didn’t, you switched your story.” I told her that it says “no blueberries and bananas on the receipt.” One of the employees gives me my strawberries then apologizes. After I left I called to speak with Tracy to let her know how unprofessional she was and that I thought she handled the situation the wrong way. I told her that I would be reaching out to cooperate and she hangs up in my face. I’ve been coming to this tropical smoothie for years and NEVER experienced anything like I did today. The way I was treated by Tracy was unacceptable and I hope this is looked into.

Blimey Limey with energizer & B12

Stopped in on my way to work. Normally I heck the reviews if I’m on a side of town for work that I haven’t been in a while, or I’m trying a new place.
I almost skipped because of the bad reviews. Sadly they all showed first. BUT SO GLAD I WENT ANYWAYS ? A+ on the drink and the service. And honestly it was SUPER fast.

It is 8am so there were only 2 of us. A guy was getting handed his drink as I ordered. I had a question about the energy. The lady went in the back and got the bottle to show me the ingredients list. (Thank you very much for that!! I will actually be back because I didn’t know this was an option!) As she did this the second girl started my drink. I was expecting to wait a few minutes as I normally do at smoothie places .. but nope it was finished right after I paid.

The drink is GREAT, maybe slightly less vibrant & not as strong as I’m use for Tropical Smoothie.. but isn’t watered down and isn’t in blended ice.

(it’s possible they actually measure and make it to the recommended amounts.. instead of some just eyeballing it making it stronger) that adds up & times are tight for businesses!!

Time complaints don’t hold much weight for me … unless there are a ton of them, because it’s normally people in a hurry complaining it’s not done in the snap of a finger.. when it’s probably done in a responsible amount of time. A lunch time rush isn’t because of bad service.

Was greeted nearly immediately but to be expected for such a low-volume time. I tend to avoid crowds but the staff seemed pleasant and easy enough to work with. Invited me to return which is always a good feeling. I ordered a smoothie and absolutely loved it.

Parking: Doubtful that you will find lack of parking.

Avocolada is my favorite. It's a little hot or miss if it tastes right depending on location but it still is good regardless. If you're using the app offers, keep in mind they expire on East Coast time (9pm here)

After deciding not to go to any of these smoothie locations for over 2 years, I've decided to give it another shot. I am not going back ever.. We need a new smoothie place in town.
The wait was pretty long for just one smoothie, and one other person, but thats not the worst part. The worst part is all this wait did not pay off. Got a large cup of peanut flavored ice. It was literally just ice. It barely even came through the straw. Disgusting. Really dont get how theyre still around with all their Yelp reviews below 3 stars, and some even below 2.

I ordered one smoothie and it took 30+ min for them to make it. The girl with the weird haircut was super rude and awkward.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is another terrible tropical smoothie spot out here. Every single time I go, my drink is horrible. No flavor, watered down, and not blended fully. The atmosphere is very unsettling and not happy. It's like no one wants to be there, and no one cares. Then they have you wait a while for your drinkI have given this place multiple chances. I even stopped going for 2 years, and I came back recently to see if something changed and ofc not. I'm NEVER going back there again a waste of time and money. They raised their prices up to $2-3 just to be serviced trash. There's only a few good tropical smoothies left in Vegas, and this is DEFINITELY NOT one of them.

Also, if I ask for extra of something and you're going to charge me. I better taste the extra in my drink or food

Got the peanut paradise 2 days in a row..Was absolute trash. ...very watered down....thought day 1 was a fluke...( I mean they are usually pretty good) but no .....looks like I'll just start taking my blender to work....if your still craving a great smoothie go to literally ANY OTHER location.

I come here every single day for lunch and they are always so nice, Nicole used to be here everyday but she’s not lately and she was the best ever, she knew my old order by heart even!My wraps are always amazingMy smoothies are always deliciousThank you for always being the bomb!

Acai bowl was tasty but calling that frozen fruit "fresh" is a stretch

Vegetarian options: Smoothies without whey protein are all vegetarian plus they have a couple wraps, bowls & quesadillas that are vegetarian
