Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie app and had two items missing from my order. The delivery was fulfilled by DoorDash, but because the order was placed through the TS app, I found no way to report missing items or issues online.

Instead, you’re forced to call the store directly, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering online in the first place. I ordered through the TS app specifically to avoid having to call or interact with anyone.

This setup is extremely inconvenient when items are missing, and the lack of in-app support makes resolving issues frustrating. The ordering process needs serious improvement.

Tracy helped us at the register and was very pleasant. We are from South Dakota and the chicken bacon ranch flatbreads we had were exceptional compared to our local restaurant back home. Everything was fresh and packed full. A+ food and service from everyone today.

I just ordered food from here and got it for delivery because I work from home. What i received was sad and absolutely ridiculous. First off the bread was cold, then there was hardy any peanut butter, lastly there was no honey. Why am I paying money to get items when i have to add honey and peanut butter in my home. Why am I paying you money when I have to add my own ingredients?? I need a refund or a credit for this because the store wont answer so I can complain to them. I attached a picture so you dont think im lying.

So guys, what most comments are is this location is a hit or miss.
Watered down smoothies is 1! 2. Wait time for food orders, but in our case it was fine because there was a change of staff. Reason 3 why I won't be going anymore to support is because they are CASHLESS.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. This place is horrible. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is great, but avoid this location or it will ruin Tropical Smoothie Cafe for you forever.

I do not go anywhere else to get smoothies. When I was a smoothie, it's TSC or nothing. This place give TSC a bad name. The lady running it and making the smoothies is sweet but clearly incompetent and only has the job because of....reasons. I really would not recommend this location to literally my worst enemy. Worst experience ever. Food went straight into the trash. No thanks

Friendly staff, but consistently extremely slow service. It shouldn’t be a 25 minute wait for a smoothie.

Every time I drive through Horizon Ridge PKWY and Horizon Dr I stop at Tropical Smoothie for the Spinach Egg & Pesto Wrap. Those are sooo good. As a mobile notary in Henderson, I’m always moving and don’t have much time to stop and eat. These wraps are delicious and food in hand ready! So when you see Elite Mobile Notary Service parked here… you know exactly what’s getting ordered!

Been coming here every week for the last month now and today I was disappointed, both smoothies were watered down come on now follow the recipe. My server was Makennah so whoever was working with her in the back better get checked on flavors on a Thursday. Watery watery watery!!!!

On Friday the news said it would be national smoothie day on Saturday. Tropical smoothie was doing a meal purchase with free smoothie. I was disappointed when that was not the case.

I come here pretty consistently, and it is absolutely mind boggling how each time there’s only one person who is in charge of fulfilling all orders by themselves. It leads even the simplest of orders to take 20-30 minutes longer than the given time. I really hope something can be done about this staffing issue. I enjoy the food and drinks, but can’t keep waiting 40+ minutes for a single smoothie.

This is the only tropical in town that takes 30 minutes to get a smoothie, employees couldn’t give a shit less about time or what’s going on, if you want a tropical go to any other one

Waited over 20 mins for a wrap meal, 3 people working...too long of a wait for an ok wrap...sad

I am a returning customer. I understand there are good days and bad days. I ordered the California flatbread today and this what I got. I waited in the dark until someone turned on the lights. Service is a hit or a miss. This was a miss.
