Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Disgusting. I ordered online at 3:30 and headed on over as I work close by. The place smelled of sewage and was filthy. Had I not ordered online, I'd have walked out. The cashier is so busy counting out his drawer that he barely paid attention to customers. I ordered a wrap and a smoothie. The cashier counting his drawer, after I reminded him the man in front of him was ready to order, took the order and walked out. My food wasn't ready until 3:53, and the smoothie wasn't ready until 4:01. What is the point of ordering online. There was only one order in front of mine. I've had really bad luck at the store on Green Valley parkway, so thought I'd try this one. nope.

I ordered Uber eats @7 am April 9th because I was running behind. It ended up being $25 for a breakfast wrap and My smoothie was not blended all the way. It could not go through the straw, I took the lid off to drink my smoothie and had to chew my smoothie. I ordered an energizer in it and accidentally chewed the full thing thinking it was ice and almost threw up. after that I stopped trying to save my smoothie. It ruined my morning.

The gentleman who took my order was attentive and friendly, ive never received such gentle caring service before and he made the best tropic bowl I've ever had!

Went at 8 pm to order my girl and I pumpkin spice smoothies and bros responds “are you serious? Those are so gross” then proceeded to make the worst smoothies of my life and didn’t add the things I asked for… waste of

I purchased a Peanut butter paradise smoothie from my usual store. They forgot the peanut butter!! Also paid extra for chocolate & it came with very little chocolate, & too much Splenda! Yuck!Maybe new employees??

The smoothies are the best and I like the breakfast burritos

Just walked up to this location 20 minutes before they closed and the girl literally shut the door and locked it as I was trying to walk in. I can see why they have the rating they do.

I love TSC so I ignored the bad ratings this time and tried this location. Only one other group inside when I got there and it still took FOURTY THREE minutes to get a single smoothie, I thought the people complaining about how slow they are were exaggerating but no they really are that slow here

One employee and 7 people in line... Not cool. Smoothies are literally watered down. I realize food prices are up, but lowering the quality of your products is d****

30 min wait don’t come here. The people here are unprofessional. You will see. I would drive out of my way 30 mins before combing back to this location.

First of all very nice cashier that took my order. And food was prepared decently quick and was very good. The smoothie I got was delicious and drank it faster than my mom left my dad. Sadly no drive through but that's no problem.

They need to open doors and air out the place a bit throughout the day. Ordered a Bahama Mama and it cost $8. Crazy crazy

smoothies galore fast delicious and I've had too many

3rd time I’ve ordered an All-American wrap and it’s come back with one half full of cheese and then the egg and bacon is on the other side. How does this make any sense? Eat a cheese wrap to begin and then finish with the egg/bacon? Figured I would try again but the same issue keeps happening. It’s the same person making the wrap each time I go and I’m not sure if this person just doesn’t care or wasn’t trained properly because it’s quite simple to evenly distribute cheese, egg, bacon in a wrap. On top of that, the person making my smoothie was coughing and sniffling the entire time which made me actually toss my smoothie as soon as I got home. This location has really slipped in the past 2 years and today will be my last visit unfortunately.
