Why is location still open? The reviews are terrible. I got extremely sick like hospital sick from a drink here. The reviews are not lying thisbolace has serious health violations and yet is still open.

Terrible customer service! App order didn't go through correctly and they refused to change it. Employee working was more interested in her phone than customers. Sent a complaint to company and no response at all! Do not recommend!

I went to this location for a late night treat on Tuesday “morning” at 1:15 a.m. I know it’s not convenient clearly and I did feel bad going so late but I work graveyard and it worked for my specific schedule. I pull up and see that all of the display lights are off including the open sign. There’s a female working the register with whom I assume is her boyfriend waiting at one of the tables for her. Safety first, I’m sure. Clearly the website says the location is open until 2 a.m. Honestly, if I worked there maybe I would dissuade customers if I didn’t enjoy my job or didn’t want any extra work before closing as well. I don’t think it should be allowed to present that you’re closed if you’re open for another 45 minutes. A sale is a sale, right ? You should be invited in and served until at least 1:45 or clearly until 2:00 a.m. I mean I’m sure she’s getting paid until she clocks out and completes her future regardless. The person I was with felt bad that the lights were off and I had to drive 15 more minutes to the 24 hour location on Maryland. It is what it is but the customer service is lacking and unprofessional to say the least. I’ll try again earlier next time and hopefully the lights will still be on. Thank you.

a bit pricey but its so delicious!

Garbage service and smoothie.I waited 5 minutes before someone decided to take my order.Then to pay it immediately goes to tip.Was a pain to get off that page and pay for my smoothie.I said no tip and put dollar in cash tip jar.It said’bad tip’on pay screen.The smoothie was blah at best,forever stand there to order and forcing you to tip for this experience?I want my dollar tip back and garbage 10 buck smoothie.I will never go to this chain again,not just this store as sure all roll same and not good anyway
Whole Foods does delicious,healthy smoothies at similar price

I typically go here everyday with minimal issues, outside of the typical teenage attitude, however, today was completely unacceptable. I walked in to an empty restaurant and went I acknowledged for 10 minutes while Ashley worked in the back. I understand busy, but typically the staff will acknowledge and let me know that it’ll be a few minutes. No problem there. When I went to leave due to her obviously being too busy, I asked for the contact information of the manager and that’s when Ashley proceeded to go back and forth with me. I kept asking for the managers information and she kept ignoring my request and trying to tell me what she was going to do. When I asked a last time, she pointed me to the shift lead Olivia as she was walking in. I politely asked her for the managers information and she told me that she couldn’t help and to Google it. After some back and forth she finally ripped a receipt and gave me the top with the store information but I did not get a name or anything else. I shop here multiple times a day and am absolutely frustrated by this experience. I plan on leaving a review anywhere I can to share my experience

Unpleasant experience with late night crew especially the kid with the mustache and curly hair. Ridiculed my party and left us waiting.

I’m here now and the service is awful. I see people getting their food. Why I’m I still waiting. They need to hire more people with the friendly smile and better customer service
