This location never fails me. Carmen, Mara and Miguel take great care of me each and every time I go in here. The smoothies and food are tasty and perfect! The music is normally good and the restaurant is always clean. I’m in there early in the morning and it’s busy and they are quick. I so appreciate this crew and their service!!!! KUDOS!!

The communication is horrible!! My food came up, however, the music was so loud you can’t hear the girl yell out your order before she plops it on the counter and the cashier that took the order just stood there staring into space! Not sure how they were nominated #1 in the past, but the customer service here sucks!

My car broke down and while I was waiting my stomach started to hurt me. I was hungry so I decided to get myself a drink, a protein shake that I recommend, the extra dollar that you pay is worth it. The service was good, the quality yes I know that is a
Little price but once and a while is fine. The place looked clean and the lady gave a fast service, thanks for the recommendation. Thanks to her I tried something new.

Went in one day and they gave me the happy hour but 2 get 1 free went in a few days later and the guy working that day said they don’t do happy hour???

I order from this place pretty often. Like every other day. For convenience. Orders are not perfect but are ok. I've accepted my Chia Oatmeal Bowl to have a sticky container but I can't accept hair in my food. I found hair in my All American Burrito. Not sure if I'll return.

Every time ive came in, I've observed the 2 women that work early mornings have such a horrible nasty attitude when serving customers and this needs to be addressed with the manager or franchise owner as this reflects on the franchise as a whole.

Restrooms are not open to PAYING customers! TERRIBLE "POLICY". I was having a medical emergency this morning. The target was closed, and I knew things were not going to end well if I didn't let my body relieve itself soon! I couldn't think straight, and my head was spinning. I begged the employee for the code to the bathroom, and she said it wasn't open to the public. I assumed she thought I was homeless or a druggie so I offered to buy something, I tried to explain, but clearly, I was a mess and having a bad day. She still said no, even if I bought something. So I told her fine. I just need to sit at a table while I call an Uber. I was clearly not feeling well, and I already backed off. But this employee had the nerve to call her manager and say she was having an issue with a customer. Girl, bye! I already told you I was leaving and you're over here calling your manager because...?? Even though I apologized a hundred times and told her I'll be gone soon, she tried to suggest I go to McDonald's across the street. Are you kidding me? Now you're kicking me out? Girl, this situation was not that serious. So, back off! I was already leaving! Whatever... Terrible! I literally work fast food, and this was seriously so awful to do to a person. Whatever. I just hope nobody gets seriously hurt from that terrible policy. It makes no sense.

Walked in, and there was a girl braiding another girl's hair in the back. Front staff was on their phones. When customers were leaving...the cashiers were rolling their eyes. Dont they see customers in the store? I didn't see anyone wash their hands except 1 person. When they were on their phones while wearing disposable gloves but not changing them when they were giving me my order.

Today was one of the worse visits. I have experienced negativity here before but when it comes out in the product you’re spending money for it’s a problem. I ordered acaiberry boost which tasted like straight water and ice. Really gross and wasted 8.25 on drink that tasted awful. The attitudes was just as bad as the drink Never again !!

What a sweet crew.
Went there for some "emergency" beverages to take to the "Emergency Room for a family member.
They were SOOO helpful and patient with me being a "Newbie!!"

My daughter has done their food too and says the items are worth it.

needs new management asap. Disrespectful, rude, low quality service & drinks, & always has a attitude. Looks like you can't even pay someone minimum wage to do their job & at least show a customer service smile. On top of false advertising their hours and not even being open on said hours. Countless negative interactions here and it just seems like a bunch of teenagers running the place.

Walked in there was a Young girl on her phone leaning on the counter, I started talking to her and she said give me a second. She went and grabbed someone else from the back.here come this kid he looked like he could be 15 tall, scrawny, African-American and instead of saying welcome, he said what’s up ??‍♀️ My reply was hello how are you doing? I have a question for you. These kids have no respect no manners whatsoever bad customer service they need to stop hiring these young kids, that have no respect no Customer Service skills
