OMG I need a healthy drink and this was the place for me going back soon

I typically go here everyday with minimal issues, outside of the typical teenage attitude, however, today was completely unacceptable. I walked in to an empty restaurant and went I acknowledged for 10 minutes while Ashley worked in the back. I understand busy, but typically the staff will acknowledge and let me know that it’ll be a few minutes. No problem there. When I went to leave due to her obviously being too busy, I asked for the contact information of the manager and that’s when Ashley proceeded to go back and forth with me. I kept asking for the managers information and she kept ignoring my request and trying to tell me what she was going to do. When I asked a last time, she pointed me to the shift lead Olivia as she was walking in. I politely asked her for the managers information and she told me that she couldn’t help and to Google it. After some back and forth she finally ripped a receipt and gave me the top with the store information but I did not get a name or anything else. I shop here multiple times a day and am absolutely frustrated by this experience. I plan on leaving a review anywhere I can to share my experience

Unpleasant experience with late night crew especially the kid with the mustache and curly hair. Ridiculed my party and left us waiting.

I’m here now and the service is awful. I see people getting their food. Why I’m I still waiting. They need to hire more people with the friendly smile and better customer service

I wasn't greted when I came in. The music was vulgar and blasting so loud I couldn't hear my daughter talking right next to me. Didn't get a thank you. Crappy service. Won't be coming back.

Daughter was looking forward to a nice acai bowl although It was good and ready in a few minutes, the sides of the bowl were sticky - not clean. I was disappointed in two things: I couldn't get just a bowl of fruit... She told me I could get the fruit from a smoothie, but it would be frozen, and the music was way too loud!

Been going to this location for years...ill make a suggestion....WE DO LIVE IN A DESERT, HOW DO NOT HAVE COLD SODAS! ..........OF ANY KIND!?😡😵‍💫🥵🤣🤗 ALL LOVE!

Store was clean. My bowl was ok. Just wish the guy at counter would have been friendly with a smile.

Unfortunately the more I went, the worse it got. All of the smoothies taste like ice chips. There are chunks of ice, barely any fruit flavor. So walking away with an expensive cup of blended ice is not cool. I'll drive farther away to one of the health clubs that actually make a decent after workout recovery smoothie.

Will always be one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with.
Still waiting close to 5 years now for the phone call we were promised to discuss all the constantly messed up orders.

I ordered Uber for this drink and they don't even put a sticker or anything on the lid like the Uber driver can easily access this drink you never can trust anyone with drinks I wish they would seal it up

This location never fails me. Carmen, Mara and Miguel take great care of me each and every time I go in here. The smoothies and food are tasty and perfect! The music is normally good and the restaurant is always clean. I’m in there early in the morning and it’s busy and they are quick. I so appreciate this crew and their service!!!! KUDOS!!
