Tropical Smoothie Cafe

They stopped doing military discount for veterans. At Tropical Smoothie so I guess I'll be taking my business to Jamba Juice instead from here on out. Tropical smoothies prices are out of hand. 11 dollars for a smoothie and a cookie. Or how about 12 dollars for a bowl with yogurt and fruit. You are insane! They want me to use their app but nothings worth it they just wanna take advantage of people technology and hike prices. Why don't you reduce the amount of stores you have if you cant maintain quality. If you want people to visit your cafe everyday consistently then make it so people can afford to do so otherwise why even get into the industry if you don't want people coming back over and over.

Really disappointed with the quality. I ordered a regular acai bowl and they have me a prepped bowl that had been sitting in the freezer for who knows how long. All the fruit toppings and blended base were fully frozen. I tried to let it defrost but after an hour i still couldnt eat it.

This is the worst tropicana's most place Friday June 20/25 we order a smoothie and a sandwich our food never delivered we call the place ask them what happened the delivery guy picked up the food and he never deliver it when we called in ask for supervisor Mr Jack pick up the phone he is one of the employee we asked for a supervisor there is no supervisor available and they took our number no supervisor colors please don't order anything from this place you're not going to get your food back the delivery drivers turn on delivery your food

Waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me for one smoothie is rough. Lady ask what I want then says hold on 2 minutes. 10 minutes goes by and says again hold on 2 minutes. Not sure what they’re doing back there but it’s definitely not good service…

This store is open as early as 6am! It's perfect for a breakfast snack while running errands or on the way to work. The staff is friendly and always accommodating if we have any issues. Drive through service is efficient and easy to get in and out of the center. The parking lot and exterior are clean and staff are friendly. We tried sandwiches, chips, cookies, and the Greek yogurt bowls, plus of course smoothies! The Jamaican wrap is super spicy, so we had to exchange it for something else. Everything else was great and we enjoy stopping in.

I’ve been sitting in this drive-through for literally 30 minutes each car that goes to the window is sitting waiting for their stuff for about 10 minutes, which is absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn’t take that long to process every order. This is going to end up shutting down or something because I’ve never seen a drive-through that takes this long to provide you your food. It’s absolute joke. Do not come here if you’re trying to get a quick smoothie go to a different location this one is just absolutely terrible. The smoothies did not taste good. This was just an overall horrible experience sucks because I actually love tropical smoothie but this location is just trash. Do not come here!

I waited in the drive through for over 30 mins. Unfortunately there is no way out once you enter. There were only 3 cars ahead of me but over 6 behind me by the time I got to the window. The lady in front of me had to remind the guy what she had ordered. Such a painful experience and waste of time. Won’t be back.

Wednesday, 26 March 2025 and DD took care of us today nothing but positive in this place my wife and I enjoy it. Took care of us. Great customer service from DD. Keep up the great work this place rocks recommended.

Just ok. Nice atmosphere, fast, friendly service, but not the best smoothies we've had. We like Jamba Juice better, but if you're close by, this may suffice.

OMG! We tried for the first time a PB crunch bowl! (From this location) only our second time having this particular bowl. Kenzy prepared it and it was like a piece of art work. It was the BEST ever!!! The entire bowl was made to Perfection! The price is perfect, it’s quick (prepared daily ahead of time) and soooooo good. A must try. You will not be disappointed. A TAYLORMADE EXPERIENCE!!!

I Always come here and get a super green ceaser wrap and a mango magic w/ peanut butter they never miss always a 10/10
