Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Tropical Smoothie is my husband and I’s favorite place for a good morning smoothie!!!! This location ALWAYS makes our smoothies PERFECT. Prices are good, quick service and great customer service. Kudos to Kenzey and Jacki for always making our visit a TAYLORMADE EXPERIENCE!

Ordered snoothie and two sandwiches. I got there and no one answered the drive through. the doors are locked, neon open sign lit up. They took the money but didn't give my food.

I picked up four smoothies for my family. They seem to be lacking a little bit in flavor. Maybe they're adding a little bit less fruits I don't know. They are very expensive though. Don't think I'll go back for quite a while. Just doesn't seem worth the money anymore.

Pomegranate Plunge is my go to. Service time is great with the minimal staff. The drink ingredients was outstanding, no weird after taste or any artificial additives. Lol 10/10 would recommend lol ? ?

Man this place, has lost all appeal to me. Usually it takes forever in the drive through to get your smoothie. This most recent time, the smoothie was bland. Will not be returning

No time management. Waited over 10 mins for a smoothie. But there young and not wise with time management. It was a complete waist of a lunch break. To be the only person in store and wait over 20 mins for meal is wild. Do better I don’t expect this when I come to Henderson and my meal was incorrect so I was not able to eat my lunch. Great experience here today. 30 mins to get food in a non busy restaurant is crazy and then to get wrong food . Worst experience I ever had at any tropical smoothie. Bring back more Jamba Juice this would never happen. Worst tropical in Vegas

I came thru the drive thru and ordered a Thai chicken wrap with a banana as my side. Got to work realized that I didn’t have the banana that’s okay I really wanted the wrap. I cut it in half start eating it and it didn’t taste right. The lettuce was wilted but the biggest thing is there was no Thai sauce on a Thai chicken wrap!!!!

You’re waiting at least 15 minutes in a drive-,thru And don’t let people Order after you Because they’re going to now make everyone’s food and drinks at that one time so you’re waiting just for your one drink, and they have attitudes that are unnecessary and they have no customer service skills.
