Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I come here every now and then when I don’t feel like driving further to the other one. This is probably the WORST Tropical Smoothie location of ALL locations. Always greeted by rude people from some rude kids working there to the lady with the thick Indian accent. I get English is not your first language, but you’re not the only one. If your frustration gets the best of you while working in customer service, choose a different industry until your skills improve and you feel more comfortable and have more patience. I tried working with that lady and she had no patience for something that wasn’t even my fault. Then they took FOREVER to make two drinks which is why I feel like she probably spit in it. Anyways, the customer service here is the absolute worst, even the locations in East Las Vegas have better customer service. I hate that this is the closest location to my house because they make me want to just switch to Smoothie King.

Pasta was cooked al dente.

Mobile order to pickup at 645am and no one there. From what I see they sure waste a lot of peoples time. Update your open hours!

Check schedule for 7/1/25 around 1130p. Remove this dude. He's incredibly rude and it's taking a lot not to the up on the news. He gives multiple drinks with no cupholder. Slams the window close. No greeting, no salutation. When asking for a cupholder, gets an attitude and actually says, You're welcome. No one said thank you, so what are you doing? He needs to be coached or removed.

Horrible place.
You never know if they are open or not past 8pm or if they have the door open

Called order in went and picked it up waited for the person to greet told him I has an order and he pointed to the shelve to retrieve not very friendly

Dined in for some quick lunch and refreshing smoothies and everything was delicious. Service was quick with dine in. Flatbread sandwich was delicious and smoothie was refreshing and delicious as well. The place was clean and staff was very friendly.

I've been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and other than the prerecorded greeting have not been greeted. I would leave but I'm trapped by the people behind me and in front of me.

I'm currently sitting in the drive through for over 30 minutes and they wouldn't even acknowledge me When I was trying to order... this place has gone downhill.

was picking up a doordash order and it seemed like literally no one was there. i sat at the speaker for so long before deciding to go up to the window and knock. i then even called the place and could hear the phone ringing inside and then even went around to the back to knock on the door and no one was answering at all. i was there for about 30-40 minutes with no sign of life.

I visited this location around 3am and waited in line for about 5 minutes, and there was no one to be found inside.

Our food and smoothies were great!
The staff wasn't friendly or welcoming at all.
Also we tried to pay with cash and were told they weren't accepting cash.

The place lists items available on Postmates, except they are fully closed when trying to pick up food. There was a lady sitting inside, and she wouldn’t even walk over to the door. There was a worker inside that refused to help me.

Don't order for delivery! They hire unreliable delivery service providers and this store is incredibly difficult to work with to resolve delivery issues! Our order was marked delivered when it was NOT. We had to
go to the store to get a refund and, they kept telling us to call the delivery service. Yet the receipt clearly stated that all delivery issues should be addressed through the store. We asked for a refund of the generous tip we left for their unscrupulous delivery person to no avail!!! I wish I read the reviews before I placed my order. NEVER AGAIN!
