The place lists items available on Postmates, except they are fully closed when trying to pick up food. There was a lady sitting inside, and she wouldn’t even walk over to the door. There was a worker inside that refused to help me.

Don't order for delivery! They hire unreliable delivery service providers and this store is incredibly difficult to work with to resolve delivery issues! Our order was marked delivered when it was NOT. We had to
go to the store to get a refund and, they kept telling us to call the delivery service. Yet the receipt clearly stated that all delivery issues should be addressed through the store. We asked for a refund of the generous tip we left for their unscrupulous delivery person to no avail!!! I wish I read the reviews before I placed my order. NEVER AGAIN!

Good fast food and fast service.
I got the chicken and bacon sandwich.
It was well made with generous amounts of chicken.
My favorite smoothie is the avocado mix.
There's a small eating area where you can eat in.
This location has a drive thru too.

I order daily from Tropical Smoothie on ST. Rose. They’ve been so very attentive, and they actually would write messages on my cup that were so beautiful, just designed for me. They make my specific order, really special… I’m so sorry for those who had 1 star experiences. Love does make magic happen… Spread it!

I'd like to give a strong appreciation to the night time gentleman that works this location at night around the 2am to 3am hour. HE IS LITERALLY the sweetest man I have ever met working for any tropical smoothie joint. He literally knows my usual by heart. I never even have to finish my sentence and he recognizes my voice and everything at the drive thru. He is a strong difference for this location and I pray to God tropical smoothie takes good care of him because he's taking good care of you and I will be so pissed off and I will even exile this location if they ever do this man dirty with his hours or anything. I REALLY REALLY appreciate this gentleman and tropical smoothie you better take good care of him because he's your difference.

I came here the other day for the first time and Ryan was AMAZING. Kayla not so much, she was very grumpy. If I’m ever in the area I may give it another try. Thanks to Ryan for his service and his patience with me. ??

Agreed with previous post about a lazy guy 1000%. A young white guy around 3 pm on Friday didn’t even TRY to behave like he was trying to work.. barely talked through the speaker and when I asked to repeat my order just ignored me. He could hear me just fine but was behaving like he hated his job and everything around him, he didn’t even TRY to speak up knowing that nobody can hear him. I got to the point when all I wanted was to talk to the manager. I drove up to the window and asked for the manager. He said that the manager is not there and when I asked for the manager’s name, he said it was “Melissa”. Well, he probably lied but the manager should REALLY rethink who she/ he is hiring because it DEFINITELY drives your business away. I drove off without buying anything. He clearly did NOT want to be there and I would never trust somebody like that to make my food and drinks. Word of advice- either start paying better to attract more professional stuff or at least train the teenagers that you hire to do their job better.

Girl at the drive thru took the order and then did not come to the window to get payment or communicate that she was aware that you were there. The guy in front of us never got his order and he honked and drove away.

The laziest staff you'd never want to meet... I'm highly allergic to dairy ordered a non dairy smoothie only for you to add yogurt that I specifically requested you not to add. I had to send the order back twice. The young 18-22 year old in the drive thru is absolutely horrendous at his job... it got to a point where I told him he should just quit because it's so clear from his face and attitude that he doesn't want to be there and he keeps using an excuse that he can't hear to provide sh!t service so even though my order was wrong and I had to throw my drink away. I refuse to return. I'd rather just take the loss and never return! I'd highly suggest you let the young white guy on today's morning shift go. You'd be doing him and your business a disservice not to, because he clearly driving business away and doesn't want to be there. Not even mentioning the food poisoning I'm about to endure for next few days from this dairy exposure.

Absolutely awful location. In the past I've gotten the most bland food, the wrong smoothie, and incredibly slow, aloof service. Sometimes they have food at night, sometimes they "stop serving" at night. Gone inside one time, mid day, and no one to be found. Decided to try them again tonight and got the single most terrible smoothie I've ever tasted. Zero flavor, it tastes like melted slush and cold water. Will not go again and won't recommend anyone else does either.
