If I could give this location a zero I would. I stopped here on my way to work around 9:00 pm. Online said this location is 24 hours, the sign in the window said OPEN, all the lights were on. I went to the front door it was locked, I pulled around to the drive thru and the automated girl came on the speaker telling me about the fruit bowls that they have BLAH BLAH BLAH and then it was dead silence. I waited a minute said HELLO HELLO no answer waited another maybe minute and HELLO HELLO still no answer. If they are not going to be open 24 hours then do not advertise 24 hours. This place is a sketchy. I ordered 2 smoothies, one without banana and the other with banana. The guy pointed out which was which, but was confused himself, then assured that the one he specified did not have banana did not have it. He es wrong and got them mixed up. Come back and he says he'll only replace one because there was only a problem with one. clearly there's a problem with both, but he wanted to argue me about it then tell me it's gonna be a while because they had SOOOO many other drinks to make. I come inside, there are two drinks on que, they just take their time remaking my order. I hope those two kids do see this review. Next time own up to your mistake and fix it, mark the cups so you don't confuse yourself. And try to refrain from an argument and being rude cause you lack accountability. Grow up and get off the bottle Just a tip, refrain from holding weed in your hand as you're talking to customers in the drive thru window.

It's 3:30pm Wednesday April 10th, 2024. Whoever working the drive thru needs to be fired. Pulled up to the speaker to get no greeting so I waited 3 minutes until I said hello, she said one moment. Waited LITERALLY 10 minutes so I said "hello can we order now" yes with a tone of voice because at this point I was frustrated. She says "why are you yelling" with an attitude so I told her EVERY TIME WE COME HERE ITS ALWAYS A 20-30 minute drive thru session what's the point of having a drive thru. Tried to go inside to order but she locked the front doors. We try to give this place a chance telling ourselves maybe it's just a bad day for them, maybe they're short staffed etc.... But reading all these bad reviews it's not just a bad day but a bad location in general. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to ACTUALLY do something instead of just commenting back on these bad reviews lying on Yelp.

Tropical smoothie , please just remove the option of a drive thru. Waited at the speaker box for 15 minutes , had to call the store to tell them that I am at the drive through. I would have just left but I knew a car in front of me had ordered and knew they were going to be stopped at the window. When someone answered the phone they told me they didn't realize anyone was at the drive thru. I can see why every tropical smoothie has bad reviews , the business simply can't get out their products in a timely manner. Just remove the drive through, there is no point to wait 30 minutes when one car in front of me just had one smoothie.
After reading the reviews I was hesitant, but I can honestly say we had a positive experience. Had the T-Mobile deal so we ordered ahead. Went in - now the only negative thing I can say is that no one spoke. There were 2 people working. No one said boo when we walked in or asked if those were our drinks, when they put them in the cubbies. Our drinks were ready ahead of time but may have been sitting there for a couple mins as I didn't see the person put them in the spot and no one called out names. Aside from the lack of interaction, smoothies were made as specified and ready early. I did the açaí berry boost and it was fabulous. I didn't add anything you had to pay for, as everything they up charge I had at home. So I took it home and added the collagen, chia, reishi, etc. but they gave me a great base to start from. Woman got the island green and said it tasted like diluted water. I thought she was being dramatic til I tried it. It tasted like an ice cube melted in a drink. It had no flavor. That wasn't the staff tho. It was the drink. I feel like subsequent visits could go either way, going back to the ratings, but as far as the experience I had, solid.

Give this LOCATION another chance! We dropped by tonight cause we were of course craving smoothies and we didn't want to drive too far from home... Little did we know that we would get AMAZING customer service AND food! Xander was the young gentleman who treated us just like family! Very professional and super NICE! Definitely coming back to this LOCATION because there are individuals like Xander who work there!

I use the drive thru often and I have been to a few other trop smoothies in town and let's be honest, they're not fast food. My server tonight, Mia, was very sweet and made me a wonderful dinner tonight and I'll keep coming back.

This location absolutely sucks.. all 4 times I've been here they some how managed to mess up your order. Don't ever go to the drive through. If you must, go down to order and DOUBLE CHECK your food before leaving. You're pretty much guaranteed to leave with the wrong item, wrong side, or incomplete order....
