The ladies who work here are so rude and miserable will make your experience bad. I asked for a Dubai crepe and the lady said they weren't doing it. She yelled but they do the Dubai strawberry but my husband didn't want that so I was going to walk out, and as i'm walking out she yelled okay she'll just do the crepes just because she was too lazy to make the crepe to begin with. It felt like I was asking them to pull a tooth or something.
The youngest girl with the nose piercing and the oldest lady? TRASH customer service. The only nice one was the lady who originally greeted me. Never coming back because of their customer service. They hate their job and will make you hate the experience!

They kept skipping me and helping people from the back of the line.

Cool spot for some ice cream and Mexican treats. Had the Cookie Monster ice cream and a bowl of fruit with all the fixings.

That was absolutely the best ice cream I've ever had in my life now that's how ice cream is done joshua our server was extra extra nice extra polite and had amazing service he let us try so many flavors it was fun for sure it felt like the old days of coming into an ice cream store i will definitely be coming back here the next time I need ice cream cus 12 for 1 scoop as baskin robins ain't it anymore i got both of these and all the fixings for 15 bucks what a deal i'll definitely be recommening this place to my friend 10/ 10 service

I was in town visiting family and we stopped by here to beat the heat. I ordered horchata ice cream and my sister had mango ice cream with chamoy and tajin. Both were really delicious! We loved the atmosphere & will definitely be back for more ice cream and savory snacks!

Their snacks are amazing, and they are definitely the place to go it if you're craving mexican snacks

The drinks are amazing the customer service is outstanding

I really like this place but on 3 seperate occasion today being the 3rd. I check if the store is open on Google, I get there at 1245 and the open sign is on and the door is locked. I waited 15 min to see if maybe they locked it because someone went to use the restroom and nothing. This is My 3rd time it has happened to me. Also the door says they opened at 11. My family really likes this place and we go out of our way to go here but after 3 times of them not being open when advertisers I'm not sure I will be coming back

Everything is great but there is no reason 2 people should be working this job at night. 3-4 would be appropriate. Putting this workload onto 2 people is greedy. Just the pancakes alone looked soul draining, even after tipping. Im sure families come in and order multiple pancake orders leaving 1 person to do everything else. Its wrong, treat your employees better
