Update: They can't get orders right. Do not put your hands on parts of utensils that go into people's mouths. The servers and male manager both need to be retrained on handling utensils and food. No one should have their long fingernails in the bowls when serving food. Having long nails should not be allowed in the food industry. This place is no longer considered my regular spot.
Original post: I like this place a lot,but it's slowly falling off. Sometimes the soup is cold. Sometimes the lemonade is warm. I wouldn't get the mixed rice in the bowls because it's too hard to eat. The bread can be a hit or miss.The tables and seats aren't always clean like they used to be. Seems like there's a high turn over rate with the staff and it shows.

I had such a great experience at Urban Cafe! The food was amazing and full of flavor. The salad was incredibly fresh and crisp, and the fish salad was the highlight—light, tasty, and perfectly prepared. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had an amazing experience. The place was clean, and the food went above my expectations. The focaccia bread that came with my meal was made of fresh, and it was soft and delicious. My server Sophia, and the manager Alex, were extremely kind and attentive. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and I will be coming here from now on.

This place was sooo good!!! I got the tofu sandwich which had vegan mayo, fried onion, cole slaw, chili sauce and carrots and the side salad had vegan feta. I got the cilantro vinaigrette instead of the balsamic and it was amazing too. And the staff? So caring and kind. They were all very nice, but I wish I had gotten the girl's name I spoke to so I can specifically give her a good review as well.

Very impressed by this lunch spot. Sandwiches come on fresh baked focaccia bread. Salad on the side is dressed just right. Plenty of interesting menu items but it’s primarily a sandwich and salad place with a few bowl options.
Place itself is dine in or take out, fast casual. Tables are a bit crowded but people seem chill so the vibe is good.
Prices are definitely right compared to other fancy-ish lunch spots. Food is about $5 cheaper than the overrated/overpriced Urth. Drink options are more limited here but there are some decent tea and juice options along with soda fountain.
Quick, delicious, and kinda healthy lunch? Try Urbane for sure.

Its fast food but better food? Even though it's still sysco. Didn't really care for the pricing 20 dollars for a sandwich or salad or kind of steep. Set up like a blaze pizzas, parsley, so like a subway but make it a bit more fancy. They also charge you for changing proteins or adding something that should already come with the meal. Staff super friendly until they get a modified order then you can see them rolling their eyes. PAID for extra sweet potatoes and Pico but didn't receive either. Guess they didn't want to make anymore
Great food when out and about without worrying about dietary restrictions! Wholesome food that is delicious.

I’ve been to several Urbane Café locations—from California to now Henderson—and have always enjoyed their meals. The food usually hits the spot.
However, this visit wasn’t up to their usual standard. The bread was extremely salty—you could actually see the salt crystals on top. I even tried scraping them off, but it was still too much. My child only ate half of their pizza, and I couldn’t finish more than half of my sandwich.
I didn’t want to make a scene, so on my way out, I quietly approached the counter and spoke to a woman who I assumed was the manager, as she was wearing a polo shirt. I said, “Hey, just so you’re aware, your bread is really salty,” and I tried to show her a piece. She didn’t even acknowledge me—no response, no eye contact, nothing.
Another staff member, the one who brings food to the tables, overheard and simply said, “Oh, okay.”
I wasn’t trying to complain rudely—I just wanted to give feedback in a respectful way. I expected at least a simple acknowledgment or a “Thanks for letting us know.”
