The moment we got there, we were welcomed by a lovely hostess. Right after our welcome, manager or owner came up to the hostess and started having a very uncomfortable conversation which should have happened after shift. I almost left as I believe in approaching your employees with respect. Because the hostess was so nice, my husband and I decided to stay. We had an amazing waiter, great service from him. Food was bla. Had no taste, lacked salt and they should invest on good Parmigiano Reggiano cheese! Looks like the Manager or owner should be in the kitchen tasting food instead of barking at the wrong employee.

Who ever that lady is that is walking around with an attitude, smile. Maybe she is the manager or not but there is no reason to give an attitude and bark orders to the hostess on front of clients.The food didn't have much flavor, it was lacking seasoning.Our servers and the hostess were the only ones that made us feel welcomed.

Ah, Ventano Italian Grill & Seafood, in the words of my favorite band, it was lovely to see you again my friends! After too long of an absence, my husband and I dined there for Easter dinner. Had a little confusion with our reservations through Google but was resolved superbly by the front desk. We were seated promptly and bread and drinks arrived shortly thereafter. Of course we had to have the Shrimp on a Stone as an appetizer! One simply does not go the Ventanos without partaking of that delicacy! And it was delicious! The main course was Ventano's Tortellini and Rack of Lamb. Both were excellent with ample portions to take home. Well, by that time we were more than happily full but managed to let the Tiramisu slip in between. Thanks to all for a lovely evening and we'll be back real soon!

My husband and I and our Grandaughter came in for Linner on Thursday 3/7/24The restaurant was empty, but service was very slow and the food was not what we had experienced in the past, we have been coming to this restaurant for several years and it has always been amazingMaybe the cook was having a bad dayOur shrimp on the stone was not cooked, sent it backPizza was burnt, sent it back then it came back under cookedOur Speidini was over cooked, we just ate it as isNot sure when or if we will be back?

Carlos and the rest of the team were better than fabulous - attentive but not overbearing; offered what felt like genuine recommendations. Zero rush for our table of 4. Nice view of the Strip.Like many other places, though, they charge a fee to use your card and also won't split up the check (but will take multiple forms of payment) - which is the only negative I can report.
