To be 100% honest, I was shocked at the $$$ amount of the pizza.
I ordered the pizza for a pick-up,and it was over $30 for a 14-inch pizza, which was not amazing in taste?
In fact, I would put it on the scale of 4 out of 10 of pizzas I've had in the past, the crust was very chewy, and the sauce was nothing special. The location and the business are nice and clean, and the staff are nice, but when it comes to paying for a pickup order,
you have an option of 17%, 20% or 25% for a tip or none. I don't know about you, but I like to give something, but 17% or more for a pickup is outrageous. Again, the pizza was nothing special, but the price was ridiculously high for a 14-inch pizza with 3 toppins. I would not reorder or revisit
Was looking for a non chain pizza place and decided to try out here. Was met with being ignored and wouldn’t even look at me when talking. I could get by that but the pizza was average. Garlic bread was meh and the caprese salad was killed with balsamic sauce.

When we are here in person it was great. They had signs for buy one cheese pizza get one free. I verified with the staff that the deal was good every day including Super Bowl and was told yes. so we Came back on super bowl today to buy pizza and the owner refused to allow us the BOGO even when a sign was up behind her that the staff even pointed out and told her she should honor it. We were going to buy only one bogo and then order a lot more other food and pizza that it doesn’t cover but her unprofessional behavior to not uphold something that is on the wall of her place on her own advertisement board was ridiculous so we left to get papa John’s.
So good !!
Service was awesome, the ladies make you feel so welcome, like you're home!
All the pizzas were a 10/10
Wings 7/10 (but that's just me, the boys really liked them)
Mozzarella sticks 10/10 😋

I used to lave this place when I first found it, but the last couple of times I've been here, for pizza, I've been disappointed and the last time was absolutely horrible. They brag a "Chicago style pizza". Not so. At least not anymore. The last time I got pizza was the afternoon of the superbowl. It was a simple cheese and sausage pizza and mozzarella sticks which aren't even shown on their menu online. The mozzarella sticks where decent which I don't know if they're fresh made or box. I'm betting box. The pizza was almost inedible. First of all there was barely any sausage. If you can't afford to put on a good amount of sausage, then raise the price. That's better than ordering a C&S pizza and it coming out as 99% cheese. The sausages that were on the pizza ,all 10 of them, where so tiny I didn't even recognize them as sausage. Next, the entire pizza was way way way overcooked. I like a crispy pizza crust, not crispy cheese or crispy sausages. I almost did not accept it, but I was in a hurry and needed to move on. When i got home 5 minutes later, the pizza was cold ,
so i had to reheat, which made it even worse. And the taste, just about the worst I've had here in Vegas area.
I feel bad posting this , but being from Chicago, born and raised in the city not a suburbanite, this was my go to. With that last pizza and poor service on top of that, they lost me as a customer. Sad because there are barely any good pizza places in Henderson or Las Vegas.

Haven’t been able to order for months because they’re still closed for “summer hours” on Monday and Tuesday (in the winter).
They’re allegedly open today but Slice app says they’re not. When you call, no one picks up the phone.
It’s a shame because the pizza is better than average for the area, but seems like they’re actively trying to avoid having customers.

Tried the spaghetti they didn’t have meatballs ready and i didn’t want to wait . Spaghetti took 30 mins to make with no meatballs. I was charged 17.61 just for noodles and sauce. And i was thinking this better be great because that was not the price that was on the menu prior to arriving .. it was ok . Maybe I will give them another try maybe not I’m not yet. Cheryl had good energy and customer service

This was a dining experience so bad it feels like I was on a reality tv show.
We came in as a table of four with a baby and a child, tried to order one large pizza and mozzarella sticks, and ended up having to leave an hour and a half later because the pizza didn’t come until I went to the kitchen myself. And we were one of only two tables.
The waitress from start to finish seemed like she had no idea where she was or was on something. She didn’t apologize for the wait, was confused any time we asked about where our food was, and tried to tell me that we didn’t just wait an hour for our order. We ended up having to get the pizza to go and she made me split it into two boxes myself after pushing the box towards me.
To top it all off, a couple came in after us, ordered, got their food (a bigger order than ours), paid, and left before we even got our damn pizza. We tried to have a nice family meal and it was ruined to the point of feeling like a joke because of this waitress.
If you dine in and a young girl is there looking confused, good luck. Never again.

Ordered the lasagna, spaghetti and 2 cannolis on line $64.00 worth of food and services. Waited, waited and waited for over an hour and 30 minutes. Called the restaurant they canceled all deliveries without calling the customers. Had to call slice the delivery service for a refund. We will never order food from Water Street Pizzeria again.

Ordered the garlic butter cheese pizza for myself and I have no idea what crust she chose for me but I wouldn’t order it again. She didn’t ask. She also didn’t tell us about the BOGO specials that I discovered after we went to sit down at the table. Could have saved some money. It was definitely higher prices than the food quality. Kids were happy. Guess that’s the most important thing. But we won’t be coming back. Iced tea was blah. Thumbs down.

My husband really liked the gluten free pizza! The cannoli was amazing!!! The waitress was awesome very attentive and very pleasant
I called and asked for margherita slices. The woman on the phone suggested a pizza. It was honestly a frozen taste and the crust was horrible. I've been here before. I wanted to give it another try. Not for me.
Parking: Great place, very nice, friendly, nice patio. Great ?

I had the meatball sub and it was delicious! The owners were very nice and their chef is from Chicago. I didn't get to try the pizza but I will definitely be back! They also have a nice little patio area which is kid and dog-friendly. Check it out!
