I have been coming here for years. Not anymore. Food was extremely salty. So expensive for what? Service was horrible 😫. What's going on here? This place used to be great. Very disappointing. Please think about, less salt, cheaper prices and nice associates to wait on tables. Customers are your bread and butter. You might t think it's alright to disappoint people and others will come, but word of mouth is everything.

Now I know this deli doesn’t need anymore reviews but when I hear the hype I have to check it out for myself! I stopped in real quick to grab a simple pastrami sandwich on a Kaiser roll with Munster cheese and mustard! My side was the potato salad. Oh boy did it hit just right!!! After first bite I immediately called three of my friends that are hard foodies! The food, customer service, and atmosphere were 100% on point! The place was very busy specially on a Monday at 10:40 am. I plan to try everything on the menu because of that outstanding pastrami sandwich! ❤️🔪

Use to be Weiss and now new owner. Frankly it's better and the great food and better service is still there. This has got to be a weekly weekend stop!

We recently moved to NV and have been looking for a deli. We stopped on our way home to get lunch. Everything was great, the staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful, and kind! The food was amazing, the best sandwich we have had since we moved here! I even got to try the signature black and white cookie. So happy we found this place. I only wish it was closer to home, but we will be back!!!

Wies's deli now Fisher's Deli. If new owners don't change anything, it's fantastic. Chicken soup with Matza Ball. Order the cup and half of a sandwich, and I'm sure you will be happy.

I read about this deli & knew it was purchased & changed its name. I thought it would be a refresh on the deli & was excited & even forced my friend to come & try it. It has a very small dining area, the decor seems old and dirty looking, and the wait was extremely long. In fact our take out order sat for 20 minutes on the counter until we walked up & asked if it was ready. We waited 45 minutes for our order. My friend said the steak sandwich was good, but his mom did not like the corned beef & complained it was too salty. Other people in line were agitated about the wait as well. I suggest that when an order is brought to the take counter, that the employee who is bringing it up, simply call out the name or number rather than just setting it down next to all the other ready to go orders just sitting there. They seemed so confused like they were disorganized, overwhelmed, & didn't know how to handle the orders. I am very disappointed in the service and cleanliness of this place. I also watched staff standing around eating food, & then one employee took a bagel out of the bin with bare hands, set it on a plate & left it on the counter, then wiped her hands on her rear end, served a coffee, then blew her nose & still didn't wash her hands. I think the NFS, or health department needs to come by & inspect this place & observe employees for violations. I didn't observe the delis rating, but management needs to lay out some basic hygiene rules & get an "order status" screen like Panera bread has so customers can see the status of their order. This made me seriously think about other restaurants & wonder if they do similar things. I am going to have to rethink my restaurant choices from now on.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly unless your children are well behaved.
Wheelchair accessibility: I think it would be very difficult to get a motorized wheelchair inside.

Few things in life are genuine, honest and just plain good. The newly transformed Fischer’s Delicatessen is all the above and more. I say “transformed” with a bit of tongue in cheek because luckily the “transformation” is mostly cosmetic. The history of the former, (Weiss Deli, Samuel's Deli) is long and steeped with tradition. The new owners, Andrea and Tony Fischer, know how to not mess with a good thing when it comes to the food and pricing. Let’s just say the authentic tastes coming from the kitchen are very inspired and worthy of my highest praise.
Think about all the recent brunch only style restaurants that have opened in Las Vegas as of late. Think about how uninspired and corporate driven the menu is. Not so at the king of all Vegas Deli’s; The Fischer’s have knocked this one clean outta here! What exactly is being done for the changeover? -The absolute refusal to change what is arguably the best deli style fare west of the Rockies. -The cosmetics are simply updating a somewhat dated interior for the better. Adding Wifi for the Z generation, (although most patrons still believe it’s 1990 and actually prefer talking to each other.) -Staffing requirements changes to really enhance customer service, *and it shows.
The food: I ordered the open face Reuben and opting for the pastrami vs the corned beef coupled with the homemade potato salad, *most all food is made in-house. My wife ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and coleslaw. The portions were surprisingly huge, (*see attached pictures.) It is unusual to have both portion size and quality flavor profiles all in the same dish but yet they pulled it off at Fischer’s Deli. I was based in New York for quite some time and am overly critical of any west coast restaurants touting real "New York style" deli. Fischer’s Delicatessen only differs in the huge portions but is as good or better than most of the prized Deli’s in New York. The staff was welcoming and always efficient and all the while smiling, (unusual in busy Las Vegas.) I talked at length with Co-owner Andrea Fischer and she was honest and showed a truly deep concern about maintaining the food standard that the former Weiss menu is famous for. I did get to talk to Tony Fischer recently as he was busy planning to update the interior with his Contractor. the small changes are welcome and needed and will complete this hard earned reputation without disrupting the food or pricing.
Summary: The food speaks for itself. This is evident from the team of hard working in-house dedicated Bakers to the Manager to the owners and the outstanding Chef’s and Wait-staff.
If you want an all too acceptable standard brunch fare, then there are many restaurants to choose from in Las Vegas. If you want an epicurean episode that will amaze you in every way, then you owe it to yourself to drive to Fischer’s Delicatessen.

The best New York style Jewish deli that I’ve eaten at in years! We ordered from both the breakfast and lunch menus and everything that came was fantastic! Matzo ball soup, the potato salad, the pickles, homemade corned beef hash, Ruben sandwich were all delicious. Lean meat, generous portions! We got a cherry cheese danish to go it was fresh and delicious. From what I understand, new owners took over and they are doing a great job! Now someone needs to turn me onto an Italian deli that is just as good. For me it used to be Sienna deli but after the food we got there last week… someone else must be doing the cooking. That’s ok! I’m thrilled to have found this place!

Totally cheap and rude. We spent $100 and had a pound of brisket. Asked for a side of gravy as we always do and they gave us the smallest little coleslaw cups worth. Total attitude when I asked about it. A nonsense thing to be cheap about.
