Must of changed who’s doing the baking or the recipes to the baked goods weren’t t handed over when the business was sold. They use to have the best Black and White cookie in the Vegas area. Not anymore. Not the same flavor or texture. The Hamantaschen cookies use to be just and nothing special but still a treat but now they’re absolutely garbage. Just throw all those away because charging $4.00 each for those is criminal. You should be embarrassed! Get somone in there that knows what they’re doing with your baked goods. It’s not an off day when different items are poor quality on same day. I don’t know about the diner food since I didn’t have time this visit and just went for the bakery. I’m scared to now. Upsetting as I’ve been coming here for many many years.

My husband & I ate at this restaurant when it was called Weiss and never had a bad meal. Since finding out it was under new ownership, we decided to give it a try. We ordered 2 full sandwiches which contained corned beef on challah & the other of chopped liver on challah. Both being far less than what we were looking forward to eating! The first cut corned beef was cut (or should I say) shaved, not nicely sliced & not plentiful. The chopped liver had a rancid taste, took two bites & left the rest. The challah bread was all soggy and one side was even stale. All items were frequently ordered at Weiss and were always delicious and consistent. When the table was being cleared off SOMEONE should have noticed all the food was being left and might have asked us if everything was ok. I’m sorry but I can’t recommend Fishers to anyone looking for good food. The male server we had was terrific, pleasant personality taking good care of our needs. We don’t have his name but he was caucasion, balding, having5 children.

Love Fisher’s!!! Repeat customers here and we can’t get enough. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the food is consistently delicious. There’s so much on the menu, and everything I’ve tried has been wonderful. Portions are generous so you definitely won’t leave hungry. Highly recommend!!!

Update 11/09/25. This is our 5 time here and I got surprised by the renovation taking place, we knew they changed owners the first time we came in, but we can see it now, they are going for something modern looking and roomy looking. The food remains great, huge portions and super tasty, coming from and LATAM palate that says a lot, since our condiments and spices are quite different. Service is also great, I will miss the picture and some of the server that might have retired. Wishing the new owners the best👍🏽

I have been coming here for years. Not anymore. Food was extremely salty. So expensive for what? Service was horrible 😫. What's going on here? This place used to be great. Very disappointing.
Please think about, less salt, cheaper prices and nice associates to wait on tables. Customers are your bread and butter. You might t think it's alright to disappoint people and others will come, but word of mouth is everything.

Now I know this deli doesn’t need anymore reviews but when I hear the hype I have to check it out for myself! I stopped in real quick to grab a simple pastrami sandwich on a Kaiser roll with Munster cheese and mustard! My side was the potato salad. Oh boy did it hit just right!!! After first bite I immediately called three of my friends that are hard foodies! The food, customer service, and atmosphere were 100% on point! The place was very busy specially on a Monday at 10:40 am. I plan to try everything on the menu because of that outstanding pastrami sandwich! ❤️🔪

We recently moved to NV and have been looking for a deli. We stopped on our way home to get lunch. Everything was great, the staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful, and kind! The food was amazing, the best sandwich we have had since we moved here! I even got to try the signature black and white cookie. So happy we found this place. I only wish it was closer to home, but we will be back!!!
