Came through the drive thru about 430, waited 20 minutes went into the building, no one was to be found. 10 mins later they ALL come out of the bathroom with bloodshot eyes (definitely did drugs of some sort) were not very happy about the unhappy customer until they realized they forgot and finally gave me my order that was made 30 mins earlier. None of these people should be on staff together as they don't know how to man a store and make sure someone is available up front.

Awful!!! Wendy’s doesn’t care. This and other locations for months cant scan in-app QR codes to earn points or use for in-app offers. The building is dilapidated, there is a lot of litter in the parking lot where people had their Wendy’s orders and and just dumped them in the parking lot when they were finished, the food was cold and not fresh. The burger tasted like it was sitting for a while, and there was a hair in it. I took three bites and threw it out Disgusting! No wonder the employees look so miserable. Deleted the app and never going back. Dave would be outraged of this quality.

This location has horrible customer service, I waited 30 mins for my food. Jacob took my order and was extremely rude ! When I received my food, my daughter’s burger was super pink, not eatable. And my husbands burger was asked for with everything and we received it plain. Never again will we eat at this location.

This Wendy's has the nicest and respectful staff. The food is done right and very good. One order was done incorrectly and they quickly and courteously corrected the order. If you like Wendy's this is a great one to go to.

The manager with dreadlocks very rude and restaurant looks 50 yrs old. They mistakened our order 4 times and the fries came 30 mins later after our burgers finished. Bad customer service, like a zoo in the back (workers). Noone at front desk, avoid place.

Inattentive workers forgot to offer frosty that I paid for because the lady working at the front counter was delegating the task of expediting the food to another crew member. Way to go. Not the first time I have seen her boss people around that place.
